(213-683-0500) signed a 10-year lease for 12,983 sq.ft. with Trader Joe’s at 467 North Rosemead Boulevard in Pasadena, CA. Edens & Avant (800-662-7212) signed a lease for 29,950 sq.ft. with Ross Dress for Less at Florence Mall in Florence, SC. The Proto Group (203-234-6371) signed the following leases in CT: a long-term lease with Wendy’s Old Fashioned Hamburgers at 209 West Street in Cromwell; 5,100 sq.ft. with Laundry Capital at 221 Bull Hill Lane in West Haven; 5,000 sq.ft. with Tommy K’s Video at the ShopRite Plaza in Derby; 11,180 sq.ft. with Advance Auto Parts at 2969 Main Street in Bridgeport and 20,000 sq.ft. with Bassett Furniture at Slater Street in Manchester. J.W. Pfeil & Co., Inc. (518-581-8280) signed a lease for 15,000 sq.ft. with Petco and 2,700 sq.ft. with Radio Shack at The Crossing located in Clifton Park, NY.Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (212-599-3700) signed a 10-year lease for 2,000 sq.ft. of ground floor space with Arden B. at 532 Broadway between Spring Street and Prince Street in Manhattan, NY.
