Lease Signings

JBG Rosenfeld (202-965-6470) negotiated a 43,000 sq.ft. lease with Gold’s Gym at Village Center at Dulles in Herndon, VA. The gym will occupy the space vacated by Frugal Fannies and is expected to open during Spring 2003.

Plaza Royale Associates, LLC (352-375-4600) signed leases with Talbots, Chico’s and Gators Dockside for Phase IV of Plaza Royal in Gainesville, FL. The tenants are expected to open by early 2003.

Charter Realty & Development Corp. (203-629-3939) represented Kohl’s in the leasing of 85,000 sq.ft. at the future 161,000 sq.ft. Horizon Commons located at the intersection of Silas Dean Highway and Route 91 in Rocky Hill, CT.

The Woodmont Co. (817-732-4000) completed lease negotiations for GameStop, Inc. and Marble Slab at Cranberry Commons Shopping Center in Cranberry, PA. The shopping center is located on Route 228 North. GameStop, Inc. signed a lease for 1,500 sq.ft., while Marble Slab, an ice creamery, signed a lease for 1,234 sq.ft.

Mid-America Real Estate-Wisconsin (414-273-4600) signed the following five leases: 1,207 sq.ft. with Wreckless Skate Shop at Silvernail Shopping Center located at 2108 West Silvernail Road in Waukesha, WI; 783 sq.ft. with Krazy for Korn at Westgate Mall located at 4901 Washington Avenue in Racine, WI; 1,782 sq.ft. with American General Finance at East Town Center located on East Springs Road in Madison, WI; and 1,182 sq.ft. with Silvios, Inc., an Italian restaurant, at Rapids Mall in Wisconsin Rapids, WI.

Investment Management Associates (305-661-0110) signed long-term land leases at the following locations to Yum! Brands, Inc.: KFC/Long John Silver located on 120th Street and 127th Avenue in Miami, FL; KFC/Taco Bell located in Quail Heights Plaza at the intersection of Quail Roost Drive and 186th Street and 117th Avenue in Miami, FL; KFC/Long John Silver located at the intersection of Osceola Parkway and John Young Boulevard in Orlando, FL; and KFC/Long John Silver located at the intersection of 147th Avenue and Coral Way in Miami, FL.
