Colliers Lanard & Axilbund (215-925-4600) promoted the following brokers to senior vice president: Michael Barmash, Larry Bergen, David Dickson, Richard Gorodesky, Barry Greenberg, Marc Isdaner, Andy McGhee, James Scott, Richard Soloff and Cary Tye. The following brokers have been promoted to vice president: Lee Fein, Joel Flachs, Michael Gola, Peter Liebert, Marybeth Rowen, Jason Wolf and Michael Zerbe. The company also named Chad Cheleden, David Dunkelman and Matthew Shanahan as senior associates.

The Staubach Co. (972-361-5063) announced that Scott Riddles has joined the firm’s retail services division as executive vice president and managing principal of the West region. Riddles will oversee the daily operations of the company’s retail offices in Newport Beach and Phoenix, as well as the West territory, including AZ, southern CA, southern NV and UT. Previously, Riddles was with Pacific Retail Partners where he focused on regional and national retail tenant representation in southern CA. Prior to that, Riddles directed the efforts of Staubach Retail Services’ Southwest region serving as executive vice president.

Yancey-Hausman (832-615-5711) announced that Leon Zilberman has joined the company as an associate in the retail division. Prior to joining Yancey-Hausman, Zilberman was a leasing representative for Weingarten Realty Investors and was responsible for leasing a portfolio totaling approximately 1.4 million sq.ft. of shopping centers in Houston, TX and outlying areas. The company also announced that Kim Balducci was named an associate broker in the retail division. Balducci previously was a commercial agent in the New Orleans, LA area, where she closed $2.94 million in transactions during 11 months.

Insignia/ESG (888-707-3908) promoted Andrew Goldberg to executive managing director. He joined the firm in 1991 and has been responsible for assisting major upscale retailers, both domestic and foreign. Goldberg’s recent transactions include representing Mallett of London, a London antiques retailer, with 8,000 sq.ft. at 929 Madison Avenue in New York, NY; Hickey Freeman, an upscale men’s designer, with 4,000 sq.ft. at 666 Fifth Avenue in New York.

Cohen Financial (312-346-5680) announced the appointment of Cheri Grossman as a director of investment management within the investment management unit. Her focus will be to originate transactions throughout the central region of the U.S. and she will concentrate on the following markets: Chicago, IL; Minneapolis, MN; Detroit, MI and Dallas, Houston and Austin, TX.
