The restaurant opened its second location on the ground floor of the Roselli Building at 3471 North Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The company also is looking to open locations in Plantation and Pembroke Pines, FL.

Garrick-Aug Worldwide (212-557-9090) is exclusively representing a site located at 345 West 42nd Street in New York, NY. Located near Eighth Avenue and opposite the Port Authority, the building consists of approximately 7,600 sq.ft. of ground-floor space, 6,200 sq.ft. of second-level space and 8,400 sq.ft. of selling space in the basement. The building also has a 100-linear-foot, all-glass storefront and 20-foot ceilings. The company is the exclusive broker for Quizno’s in CT and western MA. The chain is planning to open in excess of 100 units during the coming three to four years.
