Four additional stores are planned to open before December, while at least 10 more locations are planned for next year. The company also is exclusively representing Camille La Vie in its expansion into the East Coast. The apparel store caters to women and specialize in career wear, sportswear and eveningwear. The company will be opening at The Forum at Peachtree Parkway in Atlanta, GA; Winter Park Village in Winter Park, FL and Parkway Center Mall in Huntsville, AL. The Grossman Cos., Inc. (617-472-2000) is exclusively representing Munroe Place at Quincy Center, now under construction in downtown Quincy, MA. The center will consist of 111 luxury apartment units on seven floors, plus 10,000 sq.ft. of retail space on the street level. Retail units will range in size from 1,700 sq.ft. to 6,000 sq.ft. Opening is slated for the Fall. Insite Commercial Group/TCN Worldwide (248-355-6141) is exclusively representing Rawabi Group, owners of a site at Telegraph Road and Koths in Taylor, MI. The retail development is located along Telegraph Road and will offer space up to 15,000 sq.ft. with occupancy expected during the Winter. Coreland Cos. (714-573-7780) is exclusively leasing Upland Square, a 101,434 sq.ft. center in Upland, CA and Norwalk Village Center, a 66,000 sq.ft. center located in Norwalk, CA. Upland Square is located along Route 66 at 813-907 West Foothill Boulevard and is anchored by Ralphs, H&R Block, Wendy’s and Denny’s. The center is currently 91% leased and has space available of 2,088 sq.ft. and 7,000 sq.ft. Norwalk Village Center is located at the intersection of Firestone Boulevard and Imperial Highway. Neal Property Management, Inc. (954-568-0530) has been awarded management of The 4242 Plaza, a 10,000 sq.ft. building located on North Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale, FL and The Beson Building, a 20,000 sq.ft. retail/office property located at 201 Andrews Avenue in Fort Lauderdale, FL. |
