Lease Signings


Mid-America Asset Management, Inc. (630-954-7300) signed a lease with Fashion Cents for 2,400 sq.ft. at Jeffery Plaza located at the intersection of 71st and Jeffery Streets in Oakbrook Terrace, IL. Opening is slated for Summer. The company also signed a lease with TCF Bank for 4,380 sq.ft. at The Shops at Village Center in Mount Prospect, IL. The company currently operates 390 locations throughout CO, IL, IN, MI, MN and WI. The company also signed a lease with Wells Fargo for 3,200 sq.ft. at New York Square in Aurora, IL. Opening is slated for July. The company also signed a lease with Casual Male Big & Tall for 3,185 sq.ft. at Chatham Village Square located at the intersection of 87th and Cottage Avenues in Chicago, IL. Opening is slated for the Summer. The company also signed leases with Fifth Third Bank for 4,000 sq.ft. and Subway for 1,600 sq.ft. at Red Top Plaza located at the intersection of Red Top Drive and Route 21 in Libertyville, IL.

Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate (619-280-2600) signed a lease for 1,718 sq.ft. with Hallmark Galleries at Torrey Financial Building located at 1205 Prospect Place in La Jolla, CA. The lease is for seven years and a consideration of $710,862.

NAI Hiffman (630-932-1234) signed the following leases at Tri City Shopping Center in St. Charles, IL: 2,000 sq.ft. with Pick Up Stix; 1,731 sq.ft. with U.S. Cellular; 2,373 sq.ft. with Charter One Bank; 1,400 sq.ft. with Mail Boxes, Etc.; 1,200 sq.ft. with Papa Murphy’s Take ‘n Bake Pizza; and 3,000 sq.ft. with Victoria Beauty Supply.

HSA Commercial Real Estate (312-332-3555) signed the following five leases with U.S. Cellular: 2,560 sq.ft. at Riverview Shopping Center located at 3328 North Western Avenue in Chicago, IL; 1,479 sq.ft. at River Point Shopping Center located at 1730 West Fullerton Avenue in Chicago; 1,357 sq.ft. at Main Street Center located at the intersection of Route 41 and Main Street in Schererville, IN; 1,018 sq.ft. at 2520 Lincoln Highway in Olympia Fields, IL and 760 sq.ft. at 48 North Clark in Chicago.

Boyd Page Commercial Real Estate Services (713-877-8400) signed a lease for 6,000 sq.ft. with Verizon Wireless at Baybrook Shopping Center located at the intersection of Interstate 45 and Bay Area Boulevard in Houston, TX. The company also signed a lease for 1,708 sq.ft. with Batteries Plus and for 2,398 sq.ft. with Alphagraphics at Woodlake Collection Shopping Center located at the intersection of Westheimer and Gessner in Houston, TX.

Reisenfeld & Co. (216-765-8080) signed a lease for 10,800 sq.ft. with Family Dollar Stores for 13 years at 12220 Madison Avenue in Beachwood, OH.

Cushman & Wakefield (212-841-7748) signed a lease for 65,000 sq.ft. with LA Fitness at the iPark corporate office and technology center located at 1111 Marcus Avenue in Lake Success, NY. The 1.4 million sq.ft., four-building complex is situated on a land area of 93 acres.

Codina Group, Inc. (305-520-2300) signed a lease for 1,508 sq.ft. with Philly Steak Sub Shop III at Beacon Centre located at 8351 21st Street in Miami, FL.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (212-599-3700) signed a lease for 3,500 sq.ft. with Kinko’s at Linwood Plaza located in Fort Lee, NJ. The new store is part of the 87,768 sq.ft. plaza, which features 64,490 sq.ft. of retail space and 23,278 sq.ft. of office space.

SF Properties, Inc. (617-277-0400) signed the following leases throughout MA: with Starbucks Coffee at the intersection of 411 Mass Avenue and 526 Main Street in Acton; with Good Menu, a two-story restaurant located at 180 Main Street in Northampton; a long-term lease with CVS at Magoun Square in Somerville.
