Prior to joining Katz & Associates, Collins was the president of her own company, Cobblestone Realty Services, Inc., a full-service brokerage firm located in Marietta, GA. There she handled outparcel sales for new developments, co-developed a number of CVS drug stores and served as a tenant rep for multiple clients, including Brinker International, Mattress Expo and Burger King. Prior to that, Collins served as vice president of leasing at Concordia Investments with the responsibility of anchor leasing, outparcel sales and site selection for the CVS preferred developer program.

Zifkin Realty & Development, LLC (312-575-8650) hired Jason C. Gustaveson as an associate, where he will focus on the site selection and leasing of urban retail space in the Chicago, IL and suburban downtown markets for national tenants. Prior to working with Zifkin Realty, Gustaveson was a retail property specialist with Pontarelli & Co., where he negotiated more than $2.5 million in commercial sale and lease transactions. He also served as an independent consultant on public and private planning projects for Land Strategies, Inc. In 2000, he was due diligence coordinator with Greenberg Farrow Architecture Engineering Development where he coordinated all due diligence documentation required to close large-scale commercial/retail projects for national retail chains.
