Lease Signings

JBG Rosenfeld (301-657-0700) signed leases with Children’s Place and Grand Fortune Buffet at the Bel Air Center. Children’s Place will occupy 4,000 sq.ft. next to Marshalls while Grand Fortune Buffet will occupy 7,500 sq.ft. adjacent to Sunny Surplus. Both stores are expected to open during the Spring.

Mall Properties, Inc. (212-935-1330) signed a lease with EB Games at Siegen Lane Marketplace in Baton Rouge, LA. The video game store will be located within Siegen Lane Marketplace at Sicily’s Plaza, a 15,000 sq.ft. block of stores. The store will cotenant with Honey Baked Hams, Oreck Floor Care, Gold Express, and Zeagler’s Music.

Staubach Retail Services (972-361-5063) negotiated a 4,940 sq.ft. lease for The Vitamin Shoppe at Gleneagles Plaza, located at the intersection of North Dallas Tollway and Park Lane in Plano, TX. The company also negotiated a 12,000 sq.ft. lease for Shoe Carnival at Alison’s Corner Shopping Center, located at the intersection of Southwest Military Drive and Yarrow Boulevard in San Antonio, TX. The store is scheduled to open in July.

Mizner Park (561-447-5108), located in Boca Raton, FL, completed the following leases; 1,600 sq.ft. for five-years for La Bottega di MammaRr; 880 sq.ft. for five years to Les Bijoux; 1,174 sq.ft. for five years to Stelios Galgadas; 80,000 sq.ft. for Robb & Stucky and 10,000 sq.ft. for 10 years to Z Gallerie.

Atlantic Station LLC (404-876-2616) signed leases with Mama Fu’s Noodle House and Moe’s Southwest Grill in Atlanta, GA. Mama Fu’s Noodle House, which features a fast-casual Pan-Asian concept, will occupy 2,467 sq.ft. between Atlantic Drive and West Avenue. Moe’s Southwestern Grill will occupy 2,489 sq.ft. between Atlantic Drive and West Avenue. The restaurant will offer Fresh-Mex dishes.

Commercial Real Estate Services (757-491-1990) negotiated the following leases for Red Mill Commons located in Virginia Beach, VA: 1,000 sq.ft. with Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio, 1,600 sq.ft. with Inspirations and 1,600 sq.ft. with East Coast Leisure. Red Mill Commons is located on Nimmo Parkway and is anchored by Super Wal*Mart, T.J. Maxx, Michaels and Pier 1 Imports.
