Federal Realty Investment Trust is developing a Best Buy and a Container Store at Santana Row located at Winchester and Steven Creek Boulevards in San Jose, CA. Kolb Properties is bringing three stores to the 145,000 sq.ft. Wildwood Crossings in Jefferson City, MO. The company is developing a 5,555 sq.ft. Chili’s Grill and Bar along Missouri Boulevard, while T.J. Maxx and Goody’s will occupy 60,000 sq.ft. of space in the center. T.J. Maxx will be located immediately east of the MC Sports and will open during the Summer. Goody’s will be located west of MC Sports. The center also will be tenanted by a 12,540 sq.ft.
