Real Estate Professionals Making The News The Sembler Co. (727-384-6000) announced the following recent additions to its staff: Josh Beyer and Mario Cerrato have been named development managers for the St. Petersburg, FL office. Prior to joining Sembler, Beyer was a project manager with EMK Consultants of Florida, Inc., where he was the lead design engineer on various land development projects. Cerrato was previously a site development coordinator with Greenberg Farrow Architects in Atlanta, GA, where he provided site consulting services on multiple site developments and building construction. The company also announced that David Owen joined as in-house counsel for the build-to-suit division. In the Atlanta office, Kevin Floyd joined as development manager. He was previously a project manager with Hardin Construction Co.; Mark Cochran was appointed a real estate manager. Cochran was previously the head of marketing and research at JDN Development; and Michael Morris will assume duties as a real estate manager where he will be responsible for outparcel marketing and peripheral development on multiple projects throughout GA. In Puerto Rico, Veronica Martinez Rivera joined the company as a development manager. She will be responsible for the development process of multiple projects throughout the island. Martinez Rivera was formerly with FOG Development in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. Also, the company promoted Greg Race to director of development of the build-to-suit division. He will oversee all due diligence and permitting on multiple Sembler projects, including University Village. |
