Lease Signings

Zell Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. (602-248-0600) signed a lease for 1,186 sq.ft. with Cheveux, a hair and nail salon, at Three Fountains Plaza located at 1350 South Longmore in Mesa, AZ. The company also signed a lease with Quality Dry Cleaning for 900 sq.ft. at Show Low Plaza located at 161 East Deuce of Clubs in Show Low, AZ.

Stirling Properties (985-898-2022) signed the following leases throughout LA: 17,644 sq.ft. with Save-A-Lot at East Lake Plaza located at 9701 Interstate 10 Service Road in New Orleans; 1,470 sq.ft. with Oreck Home Care at Stirling Slidell Shopping Center located at 61103 Airport Road in Slidell; 16,000 sq.ft. with Moran Foods at Towen Square Shopping Center located at 601 Terry Parkway in Gretna; 1.30 acres with IHOP Realty Corp., 1,750 sq.ft. with Electronics Boutique of America and 627 sq.ft. with PetsMart at Stirling Slidell Centre located at the intersection of Airport Road and Interstate 12 in Slidell; and 600 sq.ft. with Advance America at Seville Plaza Shopping Center located at 19051 West Thomas in Hammond.

Courtelis Co. (305-379-8467) signed the following leases at Lakewood Shopping Center located at the intersection of 441 and West Atlantic Boulevard in Margate, FL: 29,769 sq.ft. with Marshalls, 13,000 sq.ft. with Harbor Freight Tools, 4,155 sq.ft. with Dots Fashion, 2,880 sq.ft. with Payless Shoes, 1,200 sq.ft. with Quizno’s, Nail Fever and EB Games and 1,600 sq.ft. with Coconut Wine and Spirits. A proposed 150,000 sq.ft. Wal*Mart Supercenter also is slated for the project. The overall center will be 338,000 sq.ft. when completed.

MJB Real Estate Services Corp. (203-222-6200) signed a lease for 5,000 sq.ft. with American Leisure at 330 Westport Avenue in Norwalk, CT.

Staubach Retail Services (972-361-5063) negotiated a one acre purchase and a 0.8 acre land lease for YUM! Brands, which does business as Kentucky Fried Chicken, in Columbus, GA. The one-acre site is located at the intersection of Woodruff Farm Road and Manchester, while the 0.8-acre land lease is located at the intersection of South Lumpkin and Avondale.

Sigma National, Inc. (804-320-6100) signed the following leases: 1,190 sq.ft. with People’s Income Tax at Libbie Place Shopping Center in Richmond, VA; 3,750 sq.ft. with Movie Gallery at Brookdale Shopping Center in Martinsville, VA; 4,000 sq.ft. with Movie Gallery at Ashland Shopping Center in Ashland, VA; 6,160 sq.ft. with Eddie’s Outlet at Roosevelt Gardens in Norfolk, VA; 2,000 sq.ft. with Kid to Kid at Commonwealth Centre II in Richmond, VA; 3,325 sq.ft. with Movie Gallery at Plaza Del Sol in Nags Head, NC; and 5,675 sq.ft. with Movie Gallery at Shore Plaza in Exmore, VA.
