Lease Signings

The Woodmont Co. (817-732-4000) signed a lease for 5,341 sq.ft. with Shoe Show at Greenspoint Mall, a 1.7 million sq.ft. mall located at the intersection of Interstate 45 North at Beltway 8 and Sam Houston Tollway in Houston, TX. Opening is slated for June.

The Schultz Organization/TCN Worldwide (732-855-0001) signed the following leases throughout NJ: with Mercer Corp. Interior Outlet and Pool Tables Plus, a billiards sales and accessories store, at Route 1 Plaza in Lawrence and with Jewelry Galore, Inc. at Seacourt Pavilion located at the intersection of Hooper Avenue and Bay Avenue in Toms River.

Sansone Group (314-727-6664) signed a lease for 7,400 sq.ft. with Dress Barn and Dress Barn Woman at South Lakeview Plaza located at 4476-80 Lemay Ferry Road in St. Louis, MO. The company also signed a lease for 9,973 sq.ft. with Ronnie’s Pizza at Ronnie’s Plaza in St. Louis, MO.

RMC Property Group (800-728-5379) negotiated the following leases throughout FL: 30,764 sq.ft. with Ross Dress for Less and 10,300 sq.ft. with Super Buffet King in Seminole Mall located at 11201 Park Boulevard North in Seminole; 4,000 sq.ft. with Cato’s in Northgate Shopping Center located in Winter Haven; 3,900 sq.ft. with Cato’s in West Gate Shopping Center in Bradenton; 6,165 sq.ft. with Hobbytown USA in the Village Square East Shopping Center in Tampa, 2,500 sq.ft. with Linens for Less in Cortez Commons located at Cortez Road West in Bradenton; 30,000 sq.ft. with Dollar Tree in Walden Woods Shopping Center on Jim Redman Parkway in Plant City; 5,250 sq.ft. with Mattress Giant and 1,250 sq.ft. with Lake Uniforms in the Shoppes of Lake Village in Leesburg; 9,300 sq.ft. with Buccaneer Bingo in Buccaneer Square Shopping Center in Tampa; 2,400 sq.ft. with North American Title in Bloomingdale Plaza Shopping Center in Brandon; 3,480 sq.ft. with H&R Block Eastern Tax Services in Gainesville Shopping Center in Gainesville; 1,269 sq.ft. with Optical Express; 12,419 sq.ft. with Polo Health and Fitness and 4,532 sq.ft. with H&R Block Eastern Tax Services in Forty East Shopping Center in Ocala; 1,551 sq.ft. with American General Finance in Clearwater Plaza in Clearwater; 1,167 sq.ft. with Hair Cuttery and 1,400 sq.ft. with Sally Beauty in the Miller West Plaza in Miami; 6,000 sq.ft. with Your Hearts Desire in the Ocala Shopping Center in Ocala; and 8,000 sq.ft. with Wachovia Bank at the Venice Shopping Center in Venice.

Goodman Real Estate Services Group, LLC (216-378-0066) signed the following leases at Legacy Village in Lyndhurst, OH: 4,200 sq.ft. with Norwalk Furniture; 8,000 sq.ft. with Viking Culinary Arts Center; 2,400 sq.ft. with Ritz Camera; 2,350 sq.ft. with Contessa Gallery; 8,600 sq.ft. with Bombay/Bombay Kids; 3,000 sq.ft. with Christopher & Banks; 3,410 sq.ft. with CJ Banks; 4,500 sq.ft. with Talbots Mens; 5,500 sq.ft. with Coldwater Creek; 2,400 sq.ft. with Chipotle; 26,000 sq.ft. with Joseph Beth Booksellers; 2,500 sq.ft. with Pearle Vision Center and 7,500 sq.ft. with Claddagh Irish Pub. The 600,000 sq.ft. center is slated for an October opening. Additional tenants include The Cheesecake Factory, Crate & Barrel, Expo Design Center, Galyan’s, five other restaurants and 35 more retailers.

CB Richard Ellis (520-323-5117) signed a lease for 890 sq.ft. with AZ Nail Supply at Midstar Plaza located at 4546 East Broadway Boulevard in Tucson, AZ.

Divaris Real Estate (757-497-2113) signed a lease for 3,466 sq.ft. with Northern Star Credit Union at Elmhurst Square 1 located at 5624 Portsmouth Boulevard in Portsmouth, VA. The center is anchored by Food Lion.

The DiMucci Cos. (847-991-4400) signed the following three leases at Fox River Commons located at the intersection of Route 59 and Ogden Avenue in Naperville, IL: 35,000 sq.ft. with Michaels Market; 25,000 sq.ft. with Century Tile and 13,000 sq.ft. with Darlene’s. The 800,000 sq.ft. center is 100% leased.

(914-631-3131) signed the following leases: 30,000 sq.ft. with Marshalls at Williamsburg Shopping Center in Williamsburg, VA; 3,200 sq.ft. with Wachovia Bank at Levittown Town Center in Levittown, PA; 968 sq.ft. with Multicultural Hair and 1,400 sq.ft. with All Risk Insurance at Lawrenceville Town Center in Lawrenceville, GA and 1,728 sq.ft. with Gamestop at Spring Valley Marketplace in Spring Valley, NY.

Crosland (704-561-5255) signed the following leases at Birkdale Village in Huntersville, NC; 5,500 sq.ft. with Red Rocks; 5,191 sq.ft. with Dresslers and 3,269 sq.ft. with Le Peep.
