Lease Signings

Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (704-442-1988) signed a lease for 39,168 sq.ft. with Sam Ash Megastores at Beltway Center located at 800 Kemper Road in Springdale, OH. Divaris Real Estate’s Virginia Beach, VA office (757-497-2113) signed a lease for 1,500 sq.ft. with The Angry Chef at Crossways Shopping Center located at 1412 Greenbrier Parkway in Chesapeake, VA. The center is cotenanted by Ross Dress for Less, T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, DSW Shoe Warehouse and Value City Furniture. The company also signed a lease for 900 sq.ft. with Teach Kids Tutoring Service at Dominion Marketplace Shopping Center located at 910 Great Bridge Boulevard in Chesapeake, VA. The center is cotenanted by Food Lion, Sentara Health and Family Dollar.

The Corritore Co. (480-947-7200) signed a lease for 17,000 sq.ft. with Tommy Bahama at Kierland Commons in Scottsdale, AZ. The flagship store, a two-level restaurant/retail compound, is scheduled to open this month. The store will include a retail emporium with a full range of Tommy Bahama men’s and women’s sportswear and accessories, as well as a Home Store which will showcase the Tommy Bahama collection of home furnishings and decor items. The location also will feature Tommy Bahama’s Tropical Cafe, a full-service restaurant with an island-inspired menu as well as a more casual patio on the first floor.

The Site Source Retail Network, Inc. (610-469-6999) signed leases with the following stores: Dollar Stores, Ruby Tuesdays, Subway, Quiznos, OfficeMax and Weight Watchers in North Plainfield, NJ; Target and Quiznos in North Charleston, SC; Home Depot, Panera Bread, Quiznos and A.C. Moore in Buffalo, NY; Lowe’s Home Improvment, Home Depot, Walgreens, Quiznos, Panera Bread, All American Electronics/Appliances, Johnny Rockets, Rio Tuscan Restaurant, Elephant Bar and Roly Poly in St. Louis, MO; Hancock’s Fabrics, Walgreens and America’s Best Eyeglasses in Oak Park, IL; Payday Check Cashing/Loans and Hobby Lobby in Tulsa, OK; Hollywood Video, Grondins and Videomation in Auburn Hill, MI; and David’s Bridal in Richmond, VA.

Inland Real Estate Corp. (630-218-8000) signed the following leases throughout IL: 1,438 sq.ft. for 10 years with Subway at Wisner-Milwaukee Plaza, a 14,677 sq.ft. center located at 2847 North Milwaukee Avenue in Chicago and 8,500 sq.ft. for five years with Family Dollar at Woodland Heights, a 120,436 sq.ft. center located at 115 Irving Park Road in Streamwood.

Colliers Arnold Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. (407-843-1723) signed a lease for 3,910 sq.ft. with Furniture World at Kissimmee Value Outlet Shops, a 130,000 sq.ft. center located at 2501 Old Vineland Road in Kissimmee, FL.

The Greenberg Group, Inc. (516-295-0406) signed a lease for 3,500 sq.ft. for Sean John at 475 Fifth Avenue in New York, NY. Opening is slated for March or April.

The Woodmont Co. (817-732-4000) signed the following leases: 30,187 sq.ft. with Ross Dress for Less and 27,489 sq.ft. with Linens ‘n Things at Wichita Square Shopping Center located at the intersection of Kemp Street and Call Field in Wichita Falls, TX.

Ludwig & Seeley Real Estate (248-539-1700) signed a lease for 2,600 sq.ft. with Qdoba Mexican Grill at Kendallwood Shopping Center located at the intersection of 12 Mile and Farmington Road in Farmington Hills, MI.

Staubach Retail Services (972-361-5422) signed a lease for 25,681 sq.ft. with Staples at 855 Harrison Street located near Highway 101 in San Francisco, CA. The store is slated to open during early 2004.

Stiles Retail Group (954-627-9377) signed the following leases: 1,315 sq.ft. with Gija Nails and 1,507 sq.ft. with Dry Clean USA Development at Flamingo Commons, a center located at 4301 SW 124th Avenue in Davie, FL; 873 sq.ft. with Boca Verticals & Blinds, Inc. at Del Mar Shopping Village located at 7030 Bera Casa Way in Boca Raton, FL; and 3,600 sq.ft. with Eastern Financial Credit Union for five years at Boulevard Square Annex located at the intersection of Pines Road and Hiatus Road in Pembroke Pines, FL.

Edgemark Commercial Real Estate, LLC (630-472-1010) signed the following leases: 5,400 sq.ft. with Petland at Round Lake Commons in Round Lake Beach, IL and 5,150 sq.ft. with Blockbuster Video at High Point Square in Romeoville, IL.

Simon Property Group (317-636-1600) signed leases with the following stores at Battlefield Mall in Springfield, MO: Ann Taylor Loft, Chico’s and Jos. A. Bank. All the stores are locating in the space formerly occupied by Picadilly Cafeteria.
