Mimms Enterprises is preleasing Stonecrest Station, a center located at the intersection of Turner Hill Road and Mall Parkway in Lithonia, GA with an average daily traffic count of 102,202 vehicles. The center has spaces available of 2,500 sq.ft. and up. Area demographics include a population of 391,487 within 10 miles earning $75,434 as the average household income.

Thalhimer-Cushman & Wakefield is developing Coliseum Marketplace, a 150,000 sq.ft. center located in Hampton, VA. The center is anchored by Farm Fresh, Sports Authority and Movie Gallery and has two spaces available of 1,200 sq.ft. and one of 5,000 sq.ft. Opening is slated for March 2004. Area retail includes Barnes & Noble and Marshall’s. The site has an average daily traffic count of 25,000 vehicles.

Hartz Mountain Industries, Inc. is planning to develop a Wal*Mart and a Sam’s Club at Harmon Meadow, a four million sq.ft. mixed-use development located in Secaucus, NJ. Construction has begun on the 328,939 sq.ft. of retail space, with completion slated for Fall 2004. Included in the improvements being made at Harmon Meadow is the rebuilding of the Olive Garden restaurant located on Route 3. Cotenants include Modell’s, Foot Locker, Sam Goody and Kohl’s. The center has space available of 110,000 sq.ft. located on Mill Creek Drive, which could be occupied by multiple tenants or built-out as a 126,000 sq.ft. single-tenant location, and a 47,000 sq.ft. location fronting Route 3.

Vision Real Estate is preleasing Summit Retail Center located just off Interstate 24 on the southeast quadrant of the Almaville Road exit in Smyrna, TN with an average daily traffic count of 99,080 vehicles. The company also is preleasing Springfield Retail Center located on Highway 431 just to the east of the Highway 41 intersection in Springfield, TN with an average daily traffic count of 16,480 vehicles.
