Planned Community Developers, LLC
(713-523-7900) signed a lease for 6,500 sq.ft. with Carrabba’s Italian Grill at
the Kingwood Commons Shopping Center, a 177,000 sq.ft. center located at the
intersection of Kingwood Drive and Loop 494 in Kingwood, TX. The center is
cotenanted by Talbots, Chico’s, Ann Taylor Loft, James Avery Craftsman,
Bombay/Bombay Kids, K’s Art & Frame, Jos. A. Bank and Pei Wei Asian Diner.
Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate (619-280-2600) signed a lease for
1,500 sq.ft. with Supercuts at El Cajon Plaza located at 131 Broadway in El
Cajon, CA. The lease is for five years and a consideration of $197,730. The
company also signed a lease for 900 sq.ft. with Dress To Impress at Valley Del
Rio Shopping Center located at 4242 Camino del Rio North in San Diego, CA. The
lease is for three years and a consideration of $55,079.
Neal Realty & Investments (954-568-0530) signed a three-year lease for
1,650 sq.ft. with Just Sports at Big Lots Plaza located at the intersection of
57th Street and University Drive in Tamarac, FL.
Island Associates Real Estate, Inc. (631-982-2100) signed a lease for
7,000 sq.ft. with the Nutty Irishman on Main Street in Bay Shore, NY.
Staubach Retail Services (972-361-5422) signed a lease for 34,000 sq.ft.
with Circuit City at the intersection of 147th Street and Oceangate in
Hawthorne, CA. Opening is slated for later this year. The company also signed a
lease for 10,000 sq.ft. with Tuesday Morning at Redbird Hill located at the
intersection of Camp Wisdom and Cockrel Hill in Dallas, TX.
The Grossman Cos. (617-472-2000) signed a lease for a 200 sq.ft. kiosk
with Dunkin’ Donuts at Quincy Granite Place, a 61,400 sq.ft. center located at
the intersection of Granite Street and Burgin Parkway in Quincy, MA. The center
is anchored by T.J. Maxx and is tenanted by Dress Barn, Olympia Sports, Papa
Gino’s, Boston Market and iParty.

with Blockbuster Video at the Jonesville Crossing Shopping Center in Jonesville,
MI.
Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (301-231-4877) signed a lease for 7,500 sq.ft.
with Family Dollar Stores at Ashdale Plaza located at 2900 Dale Boulevard in
Dale City, VA. The center is cotenanted by Sport & Health and Navy Federal
Credit Union. The company also signed a lease for 1,734 sq.ft. with Addie’s
Jamaican Restaurant in the No Da Lofts located on North Davidson Street in
Charlotte, NC.

leases: 21,500 sq.ft. with Borders Books, Music and Cafe at Riverhead Center in
Riverhead, NY; 23,000 sq.ft. with A.C. Moore Arts & Crafts at the Hauppauge
Shopping Center in Hauppage, NY and 6,000 sq.ft. with Chili’s Restaurant at
Kohl’s Shopping Center in Bay Shore, NY.
The Woodmont Co. (817-732-4000) signed the following leases for
Friedman’s Jewelers in the Dallas, TX area: 1,727 sq.ft. at Davis Towne Crossing
Shopping Center in North Richland Hills, TX and 1,620 sq.ft. at the Wal*Mart
Center located at the intersection of Harwood Drive and Precinct Line Road in
Hurst, TX.
