Kimco Developers, Inc., Reininga Corp. and the Pratt Co. are developing Hazel Dell Towne Center located between 88th and 94th Street on Hazel Dell Avenue in Vancouver, WA. The $80 million mixed-use development is situated on a land area of 42 acres. It will include 425,000 sq.ft. of retail space, 25,000 sq.ft. of office space and 96 residential units. is developing Supercenter Square, a 42,000 sq.ft. center located on Highway 291 in Harrisonville, MO. The center is adjacent to a 200,000 sq.ft. Wal*Mart Supercenter.
