CB Richard Ellis, Inc. (212-984-8000) arranged financing of $63.2 million for the construction of The Shops at Green Valley Ranch, a 150,034 sq.ft. master-planned mixed-use urban village in Henderson, NV. The center also will include 21,748 sq.ft. of second-floor office space, 88 luxury apartment units, 30,925 sq.ft. of restaurants and a 65,000 sq.ft. three-story office building.

Northmarq Capital, Inc. (949-717-5200) arranged financing of $4.92 million for the acquisition of Western Country Plaza, a 27,815 sq.ft. center that features retail, office, medical and service-oriented tenants, in Laguna Hills, CA. The site is located at 27001 Moulton Parkway.

M. Robert Goldman & Co., Inc. (516-487-5100) entered into a correspondent relationship with Summit Investment Partners, LLC, the investment division of Union Central Life Insurance Co. The relationship had produced financing totaling more than $6 million for five Long Island, NY commercial properties. MRG has secured financing of $3.435 million for a 33,171 sq.ft. center located at 1161-1165 Old Country Road in Plainview, NY, as well as four industrial properties.
