Lease Signings Flocke & Avoyer Real Estate (619-280-2600) brokered a lease at San Ysidro Village, located at 340-418 San Ysidro Boulevard in San Diego, CA with Emerald Hobbies. The lease was for three years and a consideration of $37,927. The company also represented CT/El Centro, LLC in the lease of 5,399 sq.ft. in the Valley Plaza, located at the intersection of Main Street and Imperial Avenue to Big Lots. The lease is for five years and a consideration of $1.05 million. The tenant anticipates a January opening. Divaris Real Estate (757-497-2113) signed a lease with VA Franchise Concepts, Inc. trading as Famous Uncle Al’s for 1,600 sq.ft. in the Red Mill Commons located at the intersection of Nimmo Parkway and Upton Drive in Virginia Beach, VA. The center is currently cotenanted by Wal*Mart, T.J. Maxx, Michael’s, Dress Barn, Rack Room Shoes, Dollar Tree, Fashion Bug, Walgreens, Outback Steakhouse, Sonic Drive-Ins, Chili’s and Wendy’s. NewMark Merrill Cos. (818-710-6100) signed a lease with Latin Music Wherehouse at the 241,500 sq.ft. Norwalk Town Square, located at the intersection of Rosecrans Avenue and Pionner Boulevard in Norwalk, CA. The lease is for five years and 2,650 sq.ft. The center is anchored by 99 Cents Only Store, AutoZone, Sav-On, Bally Total Fitness, Big Lots!, KB Toys, Super Savor Cinemas and Starbucks. The company also announced Aaron’s Sale and Lease Ownership has signed a 10-year lease to occupy a 7,350 sq.ft. space at Bristol Warner Marketplace, which is located at the intersection of Bristol Street and Warner Avenue in Santa, Ana, CA. The 121,677 sq.ft. center is anchored by Food 4 Less, Anna’s Linens, Radio Shack, Panda Express and Domino’s Pizza. Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (610-260-2669) negotiated a new lease with FlexCheck of PA, LLC at the Valley Plaza Shopping Center on Catasauqua Road in Allentown, PA. The shopping center is anchored by Weis Markets. Mike Murray represented the Valley Plaza Associates in the negotiations. JBG Rosenfeld Retail (301-657-0700) secured leases for Video Warehouse at the Broadlands Village Center in Ashburn and Harrisonburg Crossing in the Shenandoah Valley. The sites represent a total of 6,500 sq.ft. of retail space and are expected to open this Fall. Broadlands Village Center is a 200,000 sq.ft. shopping center anchored by Safeway Food & Drug and Chevy Chase Bank. Video Wearhouse will occupy 3,000 sq.ft. at the center. The Woodmont Co. (817-732-4000) represented Meadowbrook East Shopping Center in its lease of 3,000 sq.ft. to Simply Fashions. The shopping center is located at the 6601 Meadowbrook Drive in Fort Worth, TX. The company has also completed negotiations for the lease of 21,213 sq.ft. of space for a Dollar Tree Store at the intersection of Beltline Road and Yale in Richardson, TX.AMJ, Inc. of Gainesville (352-375-4600) handled the lease with Washington Mutual Finance of Florida, LLC at the Le Pavilion Shopping Center. Le Pavilion is located at 4401 Northwest 25th Place in Gainesville, FL. The shopping center is cotenanted Las Margaritas Mexican Restaurant, the 43rd Street Deli & Breakfast House, Gainesville Family Eyecare, Song’s Hairworks and Ichiban Sushi. Ludwig and Seeley Real Estate (248-539-1700) negotiated a 1,600 sq.ft. lease with Great Clips at East Oak Square shopping center located at 2843 East Grand River in East Lansing, MI. East Oak Square is cotenanted by UPS Store, Honey Baked Ham, Mancino’s Pizza and Grinders. Commercial Real Estate Services (757-491-1990) negotiated a 9,600 sq.ft. lease with All Pet, Inc. at Red Mill Commons, a 675,000 sq.ft. power center located at the intersection on Nimmo Parkway and Upton Drive in Virginia Beach, VA. The center is cotenanted by Super Wal*Mart, T.J. Maxx and Pier 1 Imports. Zamagias Properties (412-391-7887) negotiated a three-year lease for Curves, a women’s fitness center, at Donaldson’s Crossroads Shopping Center located at 3900 Washington Road in McMurray, PA at the intersection of Route 19 and McMurray Road. The fitness center is expected to open this month. The company also negotiated a lease with Tuesday Morning for five years at 3909 Washington Road in McMurray, PA. The gift and housewares specialty shop is scheduled to open in November. Robert K. Futterman & Associates (212-331-0124) secured a 4,500 sq.ft. store for Smith & Hawken at The Village of Rochester Hills in Rochester Hills, MI. The garden products retailer signed a 10-year lease at the 375,545 sq.ft. shopping center.GVA Beitler (949-851-6900) represented Moulton La Paz, LLC in the leasing of 8,000 sq.ft. to Big 5 Sporting Goods at 26538 Moulton Parkway in Laguna Hills, CA. The lease consideration was $1.3 million. |
