(630-218-8000) closed a $7.5 million bridge loan for the refinancing of Oaks Mall Plaza, a 105,252 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Newberry Road and Interstate 75 in Gainesville, FL. The project was 84% occupied at the time of closing. The three-building property is tenanted by Toys "R" Us and Starbucks. The term of the loan is for one year.

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (203-226-8171) arranged refinancing of $11.5 million for Cromwell Square Shopping Center, a 215,590 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Route 372 and Route 9 in Cromwell, CT. The center is anchored by Kmart and Xpect Discount and is tenanted by Ruby Tuesday, Payless Shoes, GNC, Radio Shack, Dollar Tree Store, Subway and Fashion Bug. The company arranged the 10-year, fixed-rate financing with Metropolitan Life Insurance Co.

Wachovia Securities (713-278-4310) arranged financing of $25.2 million for Coral Sky Plaza, a center located in Royal Palm Beach, FL. The company also arranged financing of $10.7 million for Sea Breeze Village, a center located in Las Vegas, NV.
