Porter director of retail leasing and sales, where he will be responsible for major third-party retail leasing and sales assignments, as well as direct oversight of the retail leasing and sales professionals based out of the company’s Tustin and Valencia, CA offices. Porter formerly served as a leasing manager with Trizec Properties of Los Angeles, CA for four years. There, he was responsible for the leasing and repositioning of a 330,000 sq.ft. retail center, which was a component of a 2.25 million sq.ft. mixed-use project in downtown Los Angeles. Prior to that, Porter was vice president of community center leasing for Urban Retail Properties Co. in Santa Ana, CA, where he was responsible for the management of all leasing functions relating to 16 shopping centers totaling 5.5 million sq.ft.
