Lease Signings


R.J. Brunelli & Co. signed the following leases throughout NJ: 100,300 sq.ft. for a King Sports Plaza bowling and recreational center at a former freestanding Home Depot location on Route 9 in Old Bridge; 2,200 sq.ft. with Haircolorxpress at Aberdeen Town Square located on Route 34 in Aberdeen; 1,100 sq.ft. with United Check Cashing at 1143 Main Avenue in Clifton; 1,750 sq.ft. with Quizno’s at Wellington Square located at the intersection of Poole Avenue and Route 36 in Hazlet and 2,000 sq.ft. with Quizno’s at Colonial Plaza located on Route 9 in Freehold. The company also signed a lease for 1,610 sq.ft. with e-Wireless at Wick Plaza located on Route 27 in Edison.

Sax Realty, Inc. (240-497-1192) signed a lease for 30,000 sq.ft. with Babies "R" Us at the Festival at Waldorf Shopping Center in Waldorf, MD. Opening is slated for later this year.

Garrick-Aug Associates Store Leasing, Inc. (212-557-9090) signed a 10-year lease with OJ Art Gallery, a high-end gallery specialize in 3D, modern and pop art, for 1,800 sq.ft. at 151 Spring Street in New York, NY. Opening is slated for the Fall.

Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (757-497-2113) signed a lease for a land area of one acre with Sonic Restaurants, Inc. at 4875 Virginia Beach Boulevard in Virginia Beach, VA. The company also signed a lease for 1,300 sq.ft. with Lucky Dog Cafe at the Town Center of Virginia Beach located at 232 Central Park Avenue in Virginia Beach, VA. Cotenants include P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, The Men’s Warehouse, California Pizza Kitchen, Cold Stone Creamery and Sumatra Salon & Day Spa. The company also signed a lease for 2,000 sq.ft. with All The Rage at Crossways Shopping Center located at 1412 Greenbrier Parkway in Chesapeake, VA. The center is cotenanted by Ross Dress For Less, T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, DSW Shoe Warehouse and Value City Furniture.

Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (856-222-3013) signed the following two leases at Turnersville Square Shopping Center, a 53,000 sq.ft. center located on Shoppers Lane in Tunersville, NJ: 2,500 sq.ft. with Shoeneman’s Beauty Supply and 1,673 sq.ft. with The Hot Spot. The center is anchored by Drug Emporium.

The Woodmont Co. (817-732-4000) signed a lease for 1,800 sq.ft. with Jostens, a retailer of class rings and other graduation paraphernalia, at Woodmont Plaza located at 6400 McCart Street in Fort Worth, TX. The company also signed a lease for 71,000 sq.ft. with Academy Sports & Outdoors at a former Kmart store in White Settlement, TX. Opening is slated for November.

CB Richard Ellis, Inc. (520-323-5100) signed a lease with Eckerd drug store for a land area of 1.47 acres at the intersection of Oracle and Wetmore in Tucson, AZ. Opening is slated for January.

Atlas Partners Commercial Brokerage, LLC (312-516-5700) signed a lease for 1,200 sq.ft. with Oreck Home Care, LLC at McHenry Town Center East in McHenry, IL.

Boston Properties (415-772-5994) signed the following leases at Embarcadero Center, a 350,000 sq.ft. center located in San Francisco, CA: 5,000 sq.ft. with Tony Roma; 5,000 sq.ft. with Jos. A. Bank and 2,000 sq.ft. with San Francisco Soup Co.
