The Pederson Group is planning to develop Legacy Village, a 335,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of 24th Street and Baseline Road in Phoenix, AZ. The center will be anchored by Target, Ace Hardware, Ross Dress For Less and Fry’s Food & Drug Store. Cotenants will include Bank of America, Anna’s Linens, Famous Footwear and Payless Shoes. Madison Retail Group is preleasing North Bethesda Town Center, a 280,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Old Georgetown Road, Rockville Pike, Marinelli Road and Nebel Street in North Bethesda, MD. The center also has 1.2 million sq.ft. of office space and 1,338 residential units.
