Metro Development Co. is developing Valley Square Bucks County, a 145-acre mixed-use development located at the intersection Route 611 and Street Road in Bucks County, PA. The project will include 500,000 sq.ft. of lifestyle and traditional spaces, 110,000 sq.ft. of office space, a 100-room hotel and 200 age-restricted residential units. The center will be anchored by a 135,000 sq.ft. Wegman’s Food Market.

Crosland is developing a 600,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Woodruff Road, Interstate 85 and Interstate 385 in Greenville, SC. The center will include a mix of local and national retailers. A retail village featuring restaurants and specialty shops will also be included in the center. Thomas Enterprises, Inc. is developing Hamburg Village, a 150,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Interstate 75, Man-O-War Boulevard and Sir Barton Drive in Lexington, KY with an average daily traffic count of 118,600 vehicles. Reach Community Development is developing Station Place, a 14-story tower containing housing and retail, located at the intersection of Northwest Ninth Avenue and Lovejoy Street in Portland, OR. The center will include 176 units of senior housing, common spaces, ground-level parking and commercial space. A 420-car public parking garage and a 25,000 sq.ft. to 35,000 sq.ft. retail space will be added to complete the development. The site is part of the 30-acre Union Station land acquired from the railroads in 1987.

Jones Lang LaSalle is preleasing Pinnacle Hills Promenade, a 500,000 sq.ft. center located at 3000 Pinnacle Hills Parkway in Rogers, AR. The center will include a 200,000 sq.ft. fashion anchor, a multi-plex cinema, a restaurant and other retailers. The initial phase of the project opened in the Fall of 2002, with 100,000 sq.ft. of office space. The rest of the center is scheduled to open in phases with the retail component to be completed during March 2005.
