Lease Signings

Sansone Group (314-727-6664) signed the following leases at Southtown Centre located at 4611 Chippewa in St. Louis, MO: 20,001 sq.ft. with OfficeMax; 19,107 sq.ft. with PetsMart and 15,120 sq.ft. with Walgreens.

Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate (619-280-2600) signed a lease for 1,465 sq.ft. with Curves For Women at Promenade at Rio Vista, a center located at 8555 Station Village Way in San Diego, CA. The lease is for five years and a consideration of $226,924. The company also signed a lease for 930 sq.ft. with Continental Cleaners at Crossroads Center located at the intersection of Clairemont Mesa Boulevard and Ruffner in San Diego, CA. The lease is for five years and a consideration of $114,847. The company also signed a lease for 2,640 sq.ft. with Cyberbrew at Mission Gorge Square located at 9720-A Mission George Road in Santee, CA. The lease is for five years and a consideration of $224,570.

Mid-America Asset Management (630-954-7300) signed the following leases throughout Cook County, IL, totaling more than 23,000 sq.ft. of retail space: two leases with Justice, a specialty concept store from Too, Inc. Leases for Justice have been signed for 5,000 sq.ft. at The Quarry Shopping Center located at the intersection of LaGrange and Joliet Roads in Hodgkins and 4,050 sq.ft. at Park Place located at the intersection of Rand and Dundee Roads in Palatine; 4,600 sq.ft. with Bank One at Fullerton Plaza, a center located at the intersection of Fullerton and Wood in Chicago. The center is cotenanted by Sports Authority, T.J. Maxx and OfficeMax; 3,750 sq.ft. with 99 Cents Discount at Howard & Western Shopping Center at the intersection of Howard Street and Western Avenue in Chicago. The center is cotenanted by Walgreens, Dollar Tree and Discovery Fashions; 2,700 sq.ft. with Preventive Mortgage at Matteson Marketplace located at the intersection of Crawford Avenue and Lincoln Highway in Matteson. The center is cotenanted by Burlington Coat Factory, Cub Foods, Frank’s Nursery & Craft, T.J. Maxx and Aronson’s Furniture; 900 sq.ft. with Rafidia Jewelers at The Shops at Village Center located at the intersection of Northwest Highway and Route 83 in Mt. Prospect. The center is cotenanted by Corner Bakery, Caribou Coffee, TCF Bank and Oberweis Ice Cream & Dairy; 1,411 sq.ft. for five years with U Dawg U at Village Crossing located on Touhy Avenue in Niles; and 1,200 sq.ft. with Sports Clips at Orland Town Center located at the intersection of 159th and 94th Avenues in Orland Hills. The center is cotenanted by Wal*Mart, Circuit City, PetsMart, OfficeMax and JoAnn Fabrics.

Neal Realty & Investments, Inc. (954-568-0530) signed a three-year lease for 3,300 sq.ft. with Giancarlo Styles, Inc. at Charcoal Plaza, a center located at the intersection of University Drive and Commercial Boulevard in Lauderhill, FL. The company also signed a five-year lease for 1,000 sq.ft. with Kravin Pizza at Jacaranda Plaza, a center located at the intersection of Pine Island Road and Sunrise Boulevard in Plantation, FL. The company also signed a 10-year lease for 1,600 sq.ft. with Lenny’s Sub Shop at Cypress Creek Station, a center located at the intersection of Cypress Creek and Andrews Avenue in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Commercial Retail Advisors, LLC (520-290-3200) signed a lease for 5,000 sq.ft. with Rent-A-Center at Fiesta Mercado Shopping Center located at the intersection of 6th Avenue and 40th Street in Tucson, AZ. The store is slated to open during the Winter. Rent-A-Center operates over 2,500 stores nationwide and in Puerto Rico.

Metro Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. (856-222-3013) signed the following two leases for a total of 9,300 sq.ft. at Yeadon Plaza, a 27,000 sq.ft. center located at 200 MacDade Boulevard in Yeadon, PA: with A Cut in Four Quarters, a barbershop, and Total Beauty Supply. Cotenants include Sal’s Market IGA, CVS Pharmacy and Family Dollar.

NewMark New Spectrum (212-372-2358) signed a lease for 1,700 sq.ft. with Burritoville at the Chrysler Building located at 150 East 43rd Street in New York, NY and for 900 sq.ft. at 65 Fifth Avenue at 14th Street in New York, NY. The space in the Chrysler Building was formerly occupied by Pret A Manger.

Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd. (212-557-9090) signed a 10-year lease for 4,300 sq.ft. with G-Star Raw, a jeans and apparel company, at 63 Prince Street, on the northwest corner of Lafayette in New York, NY. The lease consists of 2,700 sq.ft. on the ground floor, a 300 sq.ft. mezzanine and a selling basement of 1,300 sq.ft. The space was previously occupied by Roots. Area retail includes Sigerson Morrison, Details, Otto Tootsi, Plohound, Armani Casa, Quinto Sol, Lunettes et Chocolat, Santa Maria Noveall di Firenze, Dean & Deluca, Serafina, Savoy, Times Café, Noho Star Restaurant and Balthazar.
