Lease Signings The Katsias Co. (757-490-3585) signed the following leases throughout VA: 900 sq.ft. with Wings of Love Gift Shop at Langley Square Shopping Center located at 61 West Mercury Boulevard in Hampton; 1,800 sq.ft. with Enterprise Car Leasing at Las Gaviotas Shopping Center located at 1249 Cedar Road in Chesapeake; 976 sq.ft. with Internet Café, 2,248 sq.ft. with Print N Mail and 1,600 sq.ft. with El Latino Restaurant at Holland Plaza Shopping Center located at 4300 Holland Road in Virginia Beach; 1,100 sq.ft. with Party Animals and 900 sq.ft. with Hampton Roads Luggage at the Rosemont Center located at 166 South Rosemont Road in Virginia Beach; 4,116 sq.ft. with Art Gallery at 109 College Place in Norfolk; and 1,800 sq.ft. with Great Life, Inc. at Kempsville Crossing Shopping Center located at 1830 Kempsville Road in Virginia Beach.
Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. (248-848-4174) signed a lease with Brinker International for a Maggiano’s Little Italy restaurant at 2085 West Big Beaver Road in Troy, MI. The space was formerly occupied by Rio Bravo. Construction is slated to begin this Spring, with completion slated for the Fall.

(856-222-3013) signed a lease for 1,528 sq.ft. with Ladies Workout Express at the Southwood Shopping Center, a 75,325 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Route 45 and Giscan Lane in West Deptford, NJ. The center is anchored by Aldi and has spaces available of 1,528 sq.ft. to 9,100 sq.ft.

(630-954-7300) signed the following leases at Kensington Center, a 210,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Route 59 and 127th Street in Plainfield, IL: 1,707 sq.ft. with Cold Stone Creamery and 2,407 sq.ft. with AT&T Wireless. The center is anchored by a 142,500 sq.ft. Target Greatland and a 24,280 sq.ft. Barnes & Noble.
