Sutton Boca One Developers, Inc. (561-998-3459) signed leases with the following tenants at The Reserve in Boca Raton, FL: Boca Home & Automation, Eye Pizazz and all that jazz, Frank Prine Salon, Jewels & Art in the City, Renaissance Florist, Salon Blu and Spatique by Scott & Two Blondz.

 

Stiles Retail Group (954-627-9377) signed the following leases at Del Mar Shopping Village, a center located at 7030 Bera Casa Way in Boca Raton, FL: 873 sq.ft. for five years with Popcorn Zone and 1,580 sq.ft. for five years with Dennis Shuman Furniture Store. The company also signed a lease for 2,100 sq.ft. for 10 years with Miramar Eatery Central, Inc. at Park View Square, a center located at the intersection of Miramar Parkway and SW 172nd Avenue in Miramar, FL. The company also signed a lease for 1,200 sq.ft. for five years with Postal World at North Hills Square, a center located at the intersection of Wiles and University in Coral Springs, FL. The company also signed a lease for 1,200 sq.ft. for five years with Sports Clips at Boulevard Square, a center located at the intersection of Pines Road and Hiatus Road in Pembroke Pines, FL.

 

RMC Property Group (800-728-5379) signed the following leases throughout FL: 1,168 sq.ft. with A Cut Above at Palm Center located at 4226 South Florida Avenue in Lakeland; 1,120 sq.ft. with Fantastic Sam’s and 1,034 sq.ft. with Lovely Nails at Clearwater Plaza located at 1245 South Missouri Avenue in Clearwater; 1,120 sq.ft. with Hair Cuttery at Miller West Plaza located at 15703 SW 56th Street in Miami; 910 sq.ft. with Sun City Center Flowers and Gifts at Sun City Center Shopping Center located at 1607 Sun City Center in Sun City Center; 600 sq.ft. with Imperial Barber Shop at Indian Rocks Shopping Center located at 11880 Indian Rocks Boulevard in Largo.

 

General Growth Properties (312-960-5000) signed a lease for 14,000 sq.ft. with Maggiano’s Little Italy at Kenwood Towne Centre located in Kenwood, OH. Opening is slated for October. The restaurant will be located in the mall’s streetscape expansion, a 100,000 sq.ft. strip of outdoor retailers and restaurants including The Cheesecake Factory and Pottery Barn. Maggiano’s is owned by Brinker International, which operates approximately 1,400 restaurants nationwide, including 28 Maggiano’s locations.

 

Courtelis Co. (305-261-4330) signed the following leases at Lakewood Shopping Center located at the intersection of 441 and West Atlantic Boulevard in Margate, FL: 4,480 sq.ft. with CiCi’s Pizza; 3,200 sq.ft. with Aquatic Gardens; 2,400 sq.ft. with Don Pan and 1,600 sq.ft. with Wingstop. The center is anchored by a 150,000 sq.ft. Wal*Mart Supercenter and a 30,000 sq.ft. Marshall’s Department Store.

 

Global Business Alliance (407-383-7182) signed the following leases throughout FL: five years for 1,200 sq.ft. with Central Nail Salon at Cornerstone Plaza Shopping Center in Cocoa Beach, FL; five years for 1,200 sq.ft. with Natural Nails Salon at Normandy Crossing Shopping Center in Jacksonville; five years for 12,856 sq.ft. for the former Ryan’s Family Steak House at Twelve Oaks Plaza in Tampa, FL.

 

Tulepan Management, LLC (954-603-0455) signed the following leases at Catalina Centre located in Boynton Beach, FL: 2,400 sq.ft. with Lindburgers and 1,328 sq.ft. with Juniors Pizza and Subs. The center is anchored by Best Buy and Marshalls.

 

Landmark Properties Group (724-443-9000) signed the following leases: 2,625 sq.ft. with The Johnson Twin’s Toning Salon at the Powell Valley Square Shopping Center in Big Stone Gap, VA; 1,475 sq.ft. with Curves For Women; 2,518 sq.ft. with $1.50 Cleaners and 2,947 sq.ft. with the Shim Lounge at Eastland Plaza in Columbus, OH.

 

First Rockford Group (815-229-3000) signed the following leases at Perryville Crossings Shopping Center located in Rockford, IL: 4,877 sq.ft. with Panera Bread; 9,000 sq.ft. with David’s Bridal; 3,064 sq.ft. with Chipotle and 2,254 sq.ft. with Digital Store.

 

Grubb & Ellis Co. (561-893-6234) signed a lease for 5,120 sq.ft. with Blockbuster Video at 5500 Military Trail in Jupiter, FL.

 

Sax Realty, Inc. (240-497-1192) signed a lease for 25,000 sq.ft. with K&G Menswear at St. Charles Towne Plaza in Waldorf, MD. The 400,000 sq.ft. center is cotenanted by T.J. Maxx, Shoppers Food Warehouse, JoAnn Fabrics and CVS.

 

CB Richard Ellis (310-516-2307) signed a five-year lease for 6,000 sq.ft. with Washington Mutual at 130 Grand Avenue in El Segundo, CA. The company also signed a five-year lease for 1,600 sq.ft. with EB Games at Sunset and Vine in Hollywood, CA. The company also signed a lease for 22,400 sq.ft. with Jo-Ann Fabrics & Crafts at Village Boulders Shopping Center located at 1316 Iron Springs Road in Prescott, AZ.
