The company also signed a lease for 2,100 sq.ft. for 10 years with Miramar Eatery Central, Inc. at Park View Square, a center located at the intersection of Miramar Parkway and SW 172nd Avenue in Miramar, FL. General Growth Properties (312-960-5000) signed a lease for 14,000 sq.ft. with Maggiano’s Little Italy at Kenwood Towne Centre located in Kenwood, OH. Opening is slated for October. The restaurant will be located in the mall’s streetscape expansion, a 100,000 sq.ft. strip of outdoor retailers and restaurants including The Cheesecake Factory and Pottery Barn. Maggiano’s is owned by Brinker International, which operates approximately 1,400 restaurants nationwide, including 28 Maggiano’s locations.
