Keen Realty, LLC (516-482-2700) is exclusively representing Breuners Home Furnishings Corp. in the marketing and disposition of the company’s retail, distribution center and office leasehold interests located throughout the Northeast and northern CA. Breuners is the parent company to Huffman Koos, Good’s Furniture and Breuners Home Furnishings. Breuners filed for Chapter 11 protection in July. The following locations are available: 20 Huffman Koos retail leases consisting of 997,751 sq.ft. in CT, NJ and NY and two distribution centers totaling 450,608 sq.ft. in CT and NJ; 17 Good’s Furniture retail leases consisting of 679,009 sq.ft. in DE, NJ and PA and two distribution centers totaling 178,000 sq.ft. in DE and PA and ten Breuners Home Furnishings leases consisting of 485,011 sq.ft. and one distribution center totaling 130,140 sq.ft. in northern CA. Also available is an office/headquarters location consisting of 31,256 sq.ft. in Lancaster, PA.

The Goldstein Group (201-703-9700) represented the following companies with new sites in NJ: PJ Clark’s Steakhouse in Maple Shade; Baumgart’s Café in Livingston; Radio Shack in Orange and Storehouse Furniture in Paramus.

The typical Bombay store is 4,500 sq.ft. and the Bombay/BombayKIDS combination stores are 9,000 sq.ft. The Bombay Co. currently operates 470 stores nationwide. A typical Hancock Fabrics store ranges from 13,000 sq.ft. to 15,000 sq.ft. Hancock Fabrics currently operates 432 stores throughout 42 states.
