Lease Signings


Neal Realty & Investments, Inc. (954-568-0530) signed the following leases throughout FL: five years for 10,350 sq.ft. with Floral Supply Mart at St. John’s Town Center, a 1.6 million sq.ft. center located at the intersection of J. Turner Boulevard and Interstate 295 in Jacksonville; five years for 7,500 sq.ft. with Family Dollar Stores at The Shoppes at Hallandale located on West Hallandale Beach Boulevard in Hallandale; and five years for 2,000 sq.ft. with Wing Stop at Hollywood Festival Shopping Center, a 136,056 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Taft Street and NW 66th Street in Hollywood.

 

NAI Olympia Partners (317-264-9400) signed a 10-year lease for 6,200 sq.ft. with Outback Steakhouse at the Raceway Marketplace located on U.S. 36 in Indianapolis, IN.

 

The Katsias Co. (757-490-3585) signed the following leases throughout VA: 1,000 sq.ft. with Funnel Cake Factory on Holland Road in Virginia Beach; 1,200 sq.ft. with Kabloom Kollectibles on Cedar Road in Chesapeake and 1,210 sq.ft. with Fairfield Cleaners at Liberty Square Shopping Center located on West Mercury Boulevard in Hampton.

 

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (212-599-3700) signed a 10-year lease for 1,050 sq.ft. with Mirti Italian Leather Goods on Lexington Avenue in New York, NY. Area retail includes Cantaloup, Boutique Elle and Deco Deluxe. The company also signed a lease for 34,706 sq.ft. with Circuit City on Jericho Turnpike in Commack, NY. Area retail includes Home Depot, Best Buy, Barnes & Noble, Marshall’s and Sears.

 

Friedman Real Estate Group (248-848-3639) signed a lease for 5,600 sq.ft. with Family Dollar Stores on East Fourteen Mile Road in Sterling Heights, MI. Family Dollar currently operates 5,200 stores throughout 43 states. The company also signed a lease for 4,500 sq.ft. with Ritz Camera on Mack Avenue in Grosse Pointe Woods, MI. Ritz currently operates 1,200 locations throughout 48 states and Washington, DC.

 

Erwin L. Greenberg Commercial Corp. (410-559-2500) signed a lease for 30,000 sq.ft. with Greetings & Readings at Hunt Valley Towne Center in Hunt Valley, MD. The store specializes in books, gifts, party supplies and cards.

Colliers Keenan Retail Services Group (803-401-4242) signed a lease for 60,000 sq.ft. with Hobby Lobby and 25,000 sq.ft. with A.J. Wright at East Forest Plaza Shopping Center, a 300,000 sq.ft. center located on Forest Drive in Columbia, SC.

 

Breslin Realty, Inc. (516-741-7400) signed a lease for 6,000 sq.ft. with Mandee at Sunvet Mall in Holbrook, NY.

 

Charles Dunn Co. (213-683-0500) completed a 15-year, 20,000 sq.ft. lease transaction for approximately $4.1 million. The one-story building is located at 7901 Garden Grove Boulevard in Garden Grove, CA. The company represented the tenant, Home Shopping Korea.

 

JBG Rosenfeld (301-657-0700) signed a lease for 2,200 sq.ft. with The Sprint Store at Chase Tower, a 240,000 sq.ft. center located in the Friendship Heights neighborhood in Chevy Chase, MD. The 34,000 sq.ft. retail portion features a variety of restaurants and retailers. Cotenants include Meiwah Asian Restaurant, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Panera Bread, Georgetown Valet, SunTrust Bank and My Eye Doctor.
