New Constructions Tri-Land Properties, Inc. is planning to develop Phase II of Market Place Mall located at the intersection of Interstate 481 and U.S. Route 11 in Cicero, NY and the addition of a 143,000 sq.ft. Lowe’s Home Improvement to the property. The renovation will commence with the demolition of 150,000 sq.ft. of the former enclosed mall and the addition of 65,000 sq.ft. of new store space in two buildings near Route 11. Commercial Real Estate Services and Ellis Gibson Development Group are developing the second phase of Red Mill Commons, a center located at the intersection of Upton Drive and Sandbridge Road in Virginia Beach, VA. Transcan Development, LLC is planning to develop Canyon Crossings, a $42 million mixed-use project located at the intersection of Interstate 215 and State Highway 60 in Riverside, CA. The center will include 274,000 sq.ft. of retail space for Phase 1. Upon completion, Canyon Crossings is expected to encompass more than 778,000 sq.ft. of retail, including a 230,000 sq.ft.
