Real Estate Professionals Making the News Advantis Real Estate Services (919-493-6905) appointed Alban Barrus as an associate. In his position, Barrus will concentrate primarily on tenant representation services. Barrus rejoins Advantis/GVA after a three-year hiatus. Prior to originally joining Advantis, Barrus worked for Trident Securities, an investment banking firm based in Raleigh, NC.
Insite Commercial Group/TCN Worldwide (248-355-6141) announced that Cynthia J. Kratchman was named vice president of the company’s retail division. Kratchman specializes in local and national tenant-landlord representation, the buying and selling of commercial properties and the development of commercial land in the Detroit, MI metropolitan area. Kratchman joined Insite Commercial Group this past year from the Friedman Real Estate Group.
