Lease Signings Stiles Retail Group (954-627-9377) signed the following five leases at three centers totaling 7,741 sq.ft.: 2,503 sq.ft. with Lauderdale Orthopedic Surgeons for three years and 1,288 sq.ft. with Pak Mail for five years at Flamingo Commons, a center located at on 124th Avenue in Davie, FL; 1,050 sq.ft. with Jackson Hewitt for five years and 1,400 sq.ft. with Weight Watchers North America, Inc. for three years at Heathbrook Commons, a center located on College Road in Ocala, FL and 1,500 sq.ft. with Sally Beauty Co. for five years at Park View Square, a center located at the intersection of Miramar Parkway and 172nd Avenue in Miramar, FL.
Petrie Ventures, Inc. (410-573-3800) signed the following leases for Centre at Golden Ring, a center located in Rosedale, MD: Factory Card Outlet, PrePlayed and Old Country Buffet. These retailers form Phase II of the center, joining Sam’s Club, Wal*Mart, Home Depot, McDonald’s, Panda Express and Provident Bank.
Capital Realty Advisors, Inc. (561-624-5888) signed a one-year lease for 1,407 sq.ft. with Record Rendezvous and a one-year lease for 1,525 sq.ft. with Don & Bens at the Dellcrest Plaza, a center located at the intersection of White Road and Rigsby Avenue in San Antonio, TX.
Commercial Retail Advisors, LLC (520-290-3200) signed a lease for 1,950 sq.ft. with S&B Ichiban Sushi, Inc. at Broadway Albertsons Center located at 64 North Harrison Road in Tucson, AZ. Opening is slated for the early Summer.
Sugarland Properties, Inc. (713-523-7900) signed a lease for 5,685 sq.ft. with Baker Street Pub & Grill at Sugar Land Town Square located at the intersection of U.S. 59 and Highway 6 in Sugar Land, TX. Opening is slated for Spring. Baker Street will feature a full-service restaurant and pub offering live entertainment, billiards, English darts and a selection of more than 22 draft beers.
McClinton & Co. (334-270-9653) signed a lease for 13,500 sq.ft. with Petco at the Decatur Commons Shopping Center located in Decatur, AL. Opening is slated for this Spring. Cotenants include SteinMart and Publix.
The Greenberg Co. (301-657-2525) signed a lease for 1,468 sq.ft. with Pita Pita, Inc. at Terrapin Station, a center located at 7313 Baltimore Boulevard in College Park, MD.
Roadside Development, LLC (410-435-7000) signed a 20-year lease with Wendy’s at the intersection of Emmerton Road and Singer Road in Bel Air, MD.
