Lease Signings


NAI Olympia Partners (317-264-9400) signed a lease for 4,800 sq.ft. with Shots Restaurant & Bar at Harrison Center located at 9105 East 56th Street in Indianapolis, IN.
 

The Lansco Corp. (212-644-2222) signed a lease for 15,000 sq.ft. with Zara at 689 Fifth Avenue, at the northeast corner of 54th Street, in New York, NY. The store, which specializes in men’s, women’s and children’s clothing, as well as accessories, operates over 500 stores throughout 46 countries, including four in Manhattan.
 

Katz & Associates (212-598-9020) signed the following leases: four Aspen Dental locations, including a 2,500 sq.ft. store in Faunce Corner,  and in North Dartmouth, MA; a 2,300 sq.ft. store at Dedham Mall in Dedham, MA; a 3,300 sq.ft. store in Stop & Shop Plaza in East Longmeadow, MA; a 3,300 sq.ft. store in Chillies Plaza in Tauton, MA; three Levitz Home Furnishings stores, including a 54,000 sq.ft. store at Pergament Mall in Staten Island, NY; a 45,000 sq.ft. store in Silverdale, WA and a 56,000 sq.ft. store at the Exchange in Hawthorne, CA; four Cost Plus World Market stores, including an 18,300 sq.ft. store at Corona Crossings in Corona, CA; an 18,300 sq.ft. store at the Chino
 

Hills Town Center in Chino, CA; an 18,300 sq.ft. store at Marsh Landing in Jacksonville, FL; and an 18,300 sq.ft. store at the Super Target/Orange Park Shopping Center in the Orange Park region of Jacksonville, FL; 32,000 with Big Lots at Centereach Mall in Centereach, NY; three Quizno’s stores, including a 1,400 sq.ft. store at the Crossroads Center in Fullerton, CA; a 1,500 sq.ft. store at the Westminster Center in Westminster, CA and a 1,500 sq.ft. store at the Pacific Center in Anaheim, CA; and with Shoe Carnival for a 10,600 sq.ft. store at Savannah Center in Savannah, GA.
 

NAI Horizon (602-852-3869) signed a three-year lease for 1,229 sq.ft. with Cingular Wireless at Simmons Marketplace, a center located at 5585 Simmons Street in North Las Vegas, NV.
 

Poag & McEwen Lifestyle Centers (901-761-7604) signed a lease with Metro-Lux Theatres at The Shops at Centerra located on U.S. 34 in Loveland, CO. The 50,000 sq.ft. theater would replace the center’s existing 12-screen, 38,000 sq.ft. complex. The theater would feature state-of-the-art technology and stadium seating with high-back seats and cushioned arm rests in all auditoriums.


Neal Realty & Investments, Inc.
(954-568-0530) signed a five-year lease for 790 sq.ft. with Colorfast Studios, Inc. at the Benenson Building located at 201 Andrews Avenue in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

 

Royal Properties (914-237-3403) signed a 15-year lease with a five-year option for Pizzeria Uno Chicago Grill. The restaurant will lease 6,740 sq.ft. on the ground floor plus a 5,000 sq.ft. basement space in the Parkchester section of the Bronx, NY. Area retail includes AT&T Wireless, Lerner New York, Foot Action, Gamestop, Dress Barn, Washington Mutual, American Theatre and Hollywood Video. Opening is slated for June. The company is currently looking for spaces of 5,000 sq.ft. to 6,000 sq.ft. at freestanding locations throughout the Bronx, Westchester and Rockland Counties.


Crosland
(704-529-1166) signed the following leases at Poyner Place, a center located in north Raleigh, NC: 30,000 sq.ft. with Ross Dress For Less and 12,000 sq.ft. with Pier 1 Imports. Both stores are slated to open during the late Summer. Ross currently operates four locations throughout the area. Pier 1 Imports currently operates eight locations throughout the Raleigh market.
 

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (212-599-3700) signed a 10-year lease for 2,250 sq.ft. with The Regis Corp., doing business as Jean Louis David, at 30 Vesey Street in New York, NY. The building is located directly across the street from the former World Trade Center site at the intersection of Vesey and Church Streets.
  

Ludwig & Seeley Real Estate (248-539-1700) signed the following leases throughout MI: a land area of 1.7 acres for Famous Dave’s Restaurant in Grandville; 3,260 sq.ft. with Charter One Bank at Garden City Town Center located at the intersection of Ford Road and Middlebelt in Garden City; 2,400 sq.ft. with Harland’s Independent Flooring at Boardwalk Plaza in Brighton, MI; 2,400 sq.ft. with Tanning Center of America at the Loading Dock Shopping Center in Sylvan Lake; 4,710 sq.ft. with Plato’s Closet at the Madison Place Shopping Center in Madison Heights; 2,300 sq.ft. with Main Street Diner at 313 South Main Street in Royal Oak; 2,000 sq.ft. with Eastern Martial Arts at Maple Plaza Shopping Center in Walled Lake; 1,187 sq.ft. with BoRics Haircare at Haggerty-Five Shopping Center, which is under construction at the intersection of Haggerty and Five Mile in Plymouth; and 1,200 sq.ft. with Jets Pizza at Country Corners located at the intersection of Wixom Road and Pontiac Trail in Wixom.
