The company also has been chosen to lease and manage Aviation Plaza, a center located on U.S. 1 and 9 in Linden, NJ. The center is anchored by Target, ShopRite, Staples, Home Depot, Marshalls and Michael’s. Tenants include Applebee’s and Starbucks.
