Lease Signings Breslin Realty Development Corp. (516-741-7400) arranged a long-term lease with Stop & Shop Supermarkets at the intersection of Route 112 and Middle Country Road in Coram, NY. The company also signed a long-term lease with KFC on Grand Avenue in Baldwin, NY. The restaurant is the newest prototype used by KFC throughout the NY area.
