The acquisition includes Loisdale Center, a 120,742 sq.ft. center located at 6646 Loisdale Road in Springfield, VA. The center is anchored by Barnes & Noble, Circuit City, Bed Bath & Beyond and Designer Shoe Warehouse. Area retail includes Springfield Mall. Inland acquired Loisdale Center for $29 million. The second property, Hilliard Rome Road Shopping Center is a 110,871 sq.ft. center located at 1710-1760 Hilliard Rome Road in Hilliard, OH. The center is anchored by a 79,871 sq.ft. Giant Eagle supermarket and is cotenanted by Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar, Supercuts, Nextel and American Dental Center. Inland acquired this center for $17.1 million. The company also acquired the Shoppes at Oliver’s Crossing, a 76,512 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Peters Creek Parkway, also known as Route 150, and Fishel Road in Winston-Salem, NC for $10.4 million. The center is anchored by Lowes Foods supermarket and is tenanted by Dollar Tree, State Farm Insurance, Broadway Subs, Ginza Japanese Express and Monte de Rey Mexican restaurant.
