Real Estate Professionals Making The News Kramont Realty Trust (610-825-7100) appointed Dina A. Berlin as regional vice president of leasing. She will be responsible for leasing the company’s NJ portfolio and one property in Bristol, PA. Additionally, Berlin will oversee the merchandising and leasing of Ocean Heights Shopping Center, a 180,734 sq.ft. center located in Somers Point, NJ. The center will be anchored by an 80,700 sq.ft. Super ShopRite. Berlin formerly worked at Glimcher Development, The Mills Corp. and PREIT-Rubin, Inc.
RED Development (480-556-7723) appointed Fred Collings executive vice president of leasing. Collings formerly worked as senior vice president of leasing at Westcor. Collings joined RED in January 2003 in an advisory role focusing on leasing and asset management.
MacFarlane Partners (415-356-2500) opened an office in San Diego, CA and appointed David Dressler as a principal. Dressler’s responsibilities will include investment and development activities in southern CA. Dressler will source, negotiate and underwrite prospective investments, as well as oversee the construction process of properties under development. Dressler formerly worked with Security Capital Group, where he oversaw residential property acquisition and development activity and served as a member of the firm’s investment committee. He also was co-chairman/president of Homestead Village, Inc. In addition, Dressler worked in residential/community development as a regional partner for Trammell Crow Co., as director of residential development for Arvida Corp. and as vice president with Gulfstream Land and Development.
