Southeast Capital Corp. (305-858-4600) arranged acquisition financing for a 16,200 sq.ft. specialty retail property at 1432-1450 North Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The two-story tenant property is anchored by World Gym. The company arranged $1.892 million in first and second mortgage loans which provided 88% of the total acquisition capital. Terms of the loan include a five-year fixed interest rate and an amortization of 25 years.
