Lease Signings

Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. (248-848-4174) signed a lease for 3,500 sq.ft. with Mr. Greek’s Coney Island at the Orchard Mall in West Bloomfield, MI.

Edgemark Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC (630-472-1010) signed a lease for 2,000 sq.ft. with GameStop at Stony Island Plaza in Chicago, IL. The company also signed a lease with GameStop at Mallard Creek in Beach, IL.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (212-599-3700) signed a 10-year lease for 3,833 sq.ft. with Smith & Hawken at Jennings Plaza located at 1045 Post Road East in Westport, CT.

JBG Rosenfeld Retail (301-657-0700) signed a lease for 2,400 sq.ft. with Noodles & Company at Alexandria Commons, a 146,000 sq.ft. center located on Duke Street in Alexandria, VA. The space was formerly occupied by Bagel Place.

Global Business Alliance, Inc. (407-383-7182) signed the following leases: five years for 1,375 sq.ft. with Asian Nail Salon at the Longwood Lake Mary Center in Longwood, FL; five years for 1,400 sq.ft. with Central Nail Salon at the Publix-anchored Inverrary Falls Shopping Center in Lauderhill, FL; and 10 years for 7,800 sq.ft. with Golden Buffet at 2907 Richmond Road in Lexington, KY. The space was formerly occupied by Cooker Restaurant.

Stirling Properties (985-898-2022) signed the following leases: 9,100 sq.ft. with Family Dollar at 2875 Higland Road in Baton Rouge, LA; 18,300 sq.ft. with Cost Plus – World Market at the Stirling Mandeville Shopping Center located at the intersection of Highway 21 and Interstate 12 in Mandeville, LA; and 20,209 sq.ft. with Dollar Tree Stores at the Kmart Shopping Center located at 10541 D’lberville Boulevard in D’lberville, MS.

Atlantic Station, LLC (404-876-2616) signed a lease for 1,625 sq.ft. with PJ’s Coffee and Wine Bar at the intersection of 19th Street and Market Street in Atlanta, GA. Cotenants include Dillard’s, IKEA, Regal Theatre, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Claddagh Irish Pub, Mama Fu’s Noodle House, California Pizza Kitchen, Chaplin’s Jewelry, Eye Gallery, Metropolitan Deluxe, Publix, Rosa Mexicano, Copeland’s Cheesecake Bistro, The Improv Comedy Club and Pier 1 Imports.
