Lease Signings Insite Commercial Group/TCN Worldwide (248-355-6141) signed a lease with Virtually Perfect Golf at Fountain Walk in Novi, MI. The company also signed a lease for 6,125 sq.ft. with Fitness 19 Gym at 48911 Hayes in Macomb Township, MI.
Urban America, LP (212-612-9169) signed a 10-year lease for 2,800 sq.ft. with Jackson Hewitt at Capital Corner, a 42,625 sq.ft. center located in Landover, MD. The center is now 100% occupied and is tenanted by Foot Locker, Burger King and Dollar Tree. The company also signed a 10-year lease for 1,875 sq.ft. with Blimpie at East River Park, a 144,000 sq.ft. center located in Washington, DC. The center is 100% leased and is tenanted by CVS Pharmacy, Citibank, Safeway and U.S. Postal Service. The company also signed a 20-year lease for 2,500 sq.ft. with Burger King at Eastover Shopping Center, a 245,000 sq.ft. center located in Oxon Hill, MD. The Giant Supermarket-anchored center is also tenanted by Radio Shack, Athlete’s Foot and CVS. The company also signed a five-year lease with Radio Shack at Tampa Festival Center, a 132,000 sq.ft. center located in Tampa, FL. The center is 93% occupied.
Capital Realty Advisors, Inc. (561-624-5888) signed a five-year lease for 2,177 sq.ft. with Jimmy’s Tacos and a one-year lease for 1,000 sq.ft. with Carson City T.V. & VCR at the Plaza 50 Shopping Center located on Highway 50 East in Carson City, NV.
Rose Associates, Inc. (212-210-6666) signed the following two leases at Georgetown Plaza, a center located at 747 Broadway, between Astor Place and East Eighth Street in New York, NY: 1,150 sq.ft. for 10 years with The Body Shop USA and 1,650 sq.ft. for 15 years with Sisley, a fashion retailer.
