Baum Realty Group (312-666-3000) signed a lease for 7,500 sq.ft. with Morton’s at 65 East Wacker Place in Chicago, IL. This will be Morton’s fifth Chicago-area location and its second downtown restaurant. The company currently operates 64 restaurants nationwide and in Hong Kong, Singapore and Canada.

Planned Community Developers, LLC (713-523-7900) signed the following leases at Sugar Land Town Square in Sugar Land, TX: 2,026 sq.ft. with Annabelle’s and Merle Norman Cosmetics and 2,239 sq.ft. with a dentist office. Cotenants include P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Bombay/BombayKIDS, Café Express, Charter Title Company, Houstonian Lite, Jamba Juice and Japaneiro’s Sushi Bistro and Latin Grill.

Taubman Centers, Inc. (248-258-7469) signed a lease with the following retailers at Northlake Mall, an enclosed, two-level center located in Charlotte, NC that is slated to open during September 2005: Abercrombie, Abercrombie & Fitch, Aldo, American Eagle Outfitters, Ann Taylor, Ann Taylor Loft, Bath & Body Works, Big Easy Cajun, The Body Shop, Brighton Collectibles, Brooks Brothers, Cache, Casual Corner/Petite Sophisticate, Charlotte Russe, Coldwater Creek, Crabtree & Evelyn, Davi Nails, d.e.m.o., Express/Express Men, Finish Line, Fink’s Jewelers, Guess?, Gymboree, Haagen-Dazs, Helzberg Diamonds, Hollister Co., Kay Jewelers, Lenscrafters, Lillie Rubin, L’Occitane en Provence, Maki of Japan, PacSun, Payless ShoeSource, Pottery Barn, Select Comfort, Steak Escape, Sunglass Hut International, Victoria’s Secret and Zales Jewelers.

CB Richard Ellis (310-516-2307) signed a five-year lease for 6,000 sq.ft. with Washington Mutual at 130 Grand Avenue in El Segundo, CA. The company also signed a five-year lease for 1,600 sq.ft. with EB Games at Sunset and Vine in Hollywood, CA. The company also signed a lease for 22,400 sq.ft. with Jo-Ann Fabrics & Crafts at Village Boulders Shopping Center located at 1316 Iron Springs Road in Prescott, AZ.

Sansone Group (314-727-6664) signed a lease for 1,820 sq.ft. with Affton Dental at Ronnie’s Plaza located in St. Louis, MO.

Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. (248-848-3639) signed a lease for 4,500 sq.ft. with Ritz Camera at 19391 Mack Avenue in Grosse Pointe Woods, MI. Ritz currently operates 1,200 locations throughout 48 states and Washington, DC.
The Ross Realty Group, Inc. (727-725-2800) signed leases for 1,765 sq.ft. with Curves and 2,400 sq.ft. with Immanuel Realty at Bloomingdale Towne Center located at 10312 Bloomingdale Avenue in Tampa, FL.

The Schultz Organization (732-855-0001) signed a lease for 38,339 sq.ft. with L.A. Fitness International at Seacourt Pavilion, a center located at 635 Hooper Avenue in Toms River, NJ. The company also signed a lease with Carpet Elegance at Raintree Towne Center, a 225,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Route 537 and Village Center Drive in Freehold Township, NJ. The center is occupied by Foodtown, CVS and a regional U.S. Post Office.

Stiles Realty (954-627-9377) signed a lease for 8,000 sq.ft. with Morton’s, The Steakhouse on the ground floor of the luxury, mixed-use condominium project Las Olas River House. The center is located at 100 East Las Olas Boulevard in downtown Fort Lauderdale, FL. Opening is slated for mid-2005.

Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (856-222-3013) signed a lease for 20,500 sq.ft. with PetsMart at the Boulevard Shopping Center located in northeast Philadelphia, PA. The 375,000 sq.ft. center is located along Roosevelt Boulevard.

NewQuest Properties (281-477-4300) signed the following leases throughout TX: 2,850 sq.ft. for 10 years with Paul’s Pizza Shop; 6,100 sq.ft. for 10 years with Hollywood Entertainment Corp.; and 3,500 sq.ft. for five years with Washington Mutual at Tomball Town Center, a 66,248 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of SH 249 and FM 2920 in Tomball; 43,399 sq.ft. for 30 years with Bank One at Spring Town Center, a 247,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of FM 2920 and Kuykendahl in Spring; 1,400 sq.ft. for five years with Cold Stone Creamery at Sherman Town Center, a 600,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of U.S. 75 and Loy Lake Road in Sherman; 1,600 sq.ft. for five years with The Great Frame Up at Eldridge Lakes Town Center, a 28,835 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Eldridge and West Little York in Houston; 1,800 sq.ft. for five years with The Great Frame Up and 1,400 sq.ft. for five years with Cold Stone Creamery at Cy-Fair Town Center, a 47,590 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of U.S. 290 and Spring Cypress in Houston and 46,253 sq.ft. with Wells Fargo Bank at Bay Colony Town Center, a 174,953 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Interstate 45 and FM 646 in Webster.
