Poag & McEwen Lifestyle Centers, LLC and Stanbery Development, LLC entered into a joint venture agreement to develop The Shops at Saucon Valley, a lifestyle center located at the intersection of Interstate 78 and Highway 309 in Lehigh Valley, PA.
