The mall is anchored by JCPenney, Sears, OfficeMax and more than 40 specialty stores, including Bath & Body, PacSun, American Eagle Outfitters, Victoria’s Secret, Journey’s, Garfield’s, Radio Shack, Maurice’s and GNC.
Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (212-599-3700) has been named exclusive leasing agent for 40,000 sq.ft. of space at 111 Fifth Avenue, the historic Arnold Constable Building. The Winter Organization is leasing 40,000 sq.ft. of retail space on the ground, lower and mezzanine levels of the building. The 260,000 sq.ft. building is located at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and 18th Street in New York, NY.
Finard & Co. (781-418-6260) has been awarded the property management contract for South Cape Village in Mashpee, MA. The 160,000 sq.ft. center is anchored by a 42,000 sq.ft. Roche Bros. Supermarket and a 28,175 sq.ft. Marshalls.
Commercial Retail Advisors, LLC (520-290-3200) has been awarded the marketing and leasing assignment of St. Philip’s Plaza, an upscale, mixed-use center located at the intersection of Campbell Avenue and River Road in Tucson, AZ. There is currently one space available of 5,200 sq.ft.
William B. May Commercial Real Estate (212-620-2611) was retained to locate a prime retail space and negotiate the lease transaction for Cosmos USA, Inc., a leading golf equipment retailer. Cosmos USA leased 2,500 sq.ft. at 41 West 35th Street in New York, NY.
Island Associates Real Estate of Smithtown, NY (631-982-2100) has been named as the exclusive representation for Palm Beach Tan for its Long Island, NY-area development. Palm Beach Tan currently operates 67 salons nationwide. The tanning salons occupy spaces of 3,000 sq.ft. to 3,500 sq.ft.
CB Richard Ellis (212-984-7147) is representing World Savings Bank in its expansion throughout northern and central NJ. The bank currently operates 13 sites throughout NJ. World Savings Bank has 278 offices throughout 38 states. The company typically builds its own branch offices and ideally will acquire a 30,000 sq.ft. outparcel for a building from 3,750 sq.ft. to 5,000 sq.ft. Ground leases and other scenarios will be considered.
