Jones Lang LaSalle (312-228-2715) announced that Michael Lesiuk has joined the firm as regional leasing manager and Brenda Ford, Scott Fox and George O’Brien have been appointed as leasing specialists. Lesiuk has more than 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. He will be responsible for the administration, management and ongoing coaching of leasing specialists within the firm’s 14-property Chicago-region portfolio. Additionally, he provides strategic planning and evaluation of remerchandising and redevelopment for his portfolio of centers. Most recently, he served as vice president for L&H Real Estate Group.

 

Trammell Crow Co. (214-863-3000) announced the resignation of Rebecca A. McDonald from its board of directors. McDonald cited as the reason for her resignation the international travel demands of her new position as president.

 

RMC Property Group (813-960-8154) hired Zachary Schlitt as a project manager in the company’s development division, managing its entitlement, permitting and construction projects.

 

Shawmut Design and Construction (617-622-7139) announced the addition of Jim Scarpone as project executive within its restaurant and retail group. Scarpone has 19 years of industry experience. Scarpone recently served as project executive for the construction of Cross Pen’s first retail store in Harvard Square. He formerly worked for Ibex Construction, where he served as vice president of the company’s Florida office.

 

Insite Commercial Group/TCN Worldwide (248-355-6141) announced that Bill Allen has joined the company as director of operations. He will be overseeing all in-house activities and projects at Insite, including finance, marketing and special projects. Additionally, he will be analyzing all of the company’s current procedures and will be making the adjustments to these procedures.

 

NAI Olympia Partners (317-264-9400) designated Mark R. Figg as vice president and principal. Figg has been with the company since 2001 and his main focus will be in comprehensive investment advisory services.
