The 500,000 sq.ft. center is tenanted by Gold’s Gym, Rugged Wearhouse, Shoe Gallery, Burlington Coat Factory, Hobby Lobby, Value City and Radio Shack. The company also arranged permanent financing of $5 million for Alpharetta Crossings located in Alpharetta, GA. The 95,594 sq.ft. center is located at the intersection of Haynes Bridge Road and Georgia State Road 120.
Hudson Realty Capital (212-532-3553) is the sponsor of the Hudson Debt Fund 1, LLC and the Hudson Opportunity Fund I, LLC. The Hudson Debt Fund will make high-yield bridge and mezzanine loans, while the Hudson Opportunity Fund will invest, on a leveraged basis, directly in real estate and acquire underperforming mortgages and other real estate related instruments.
