RMC Property Group (813-960-8154) hired Zachary Schlitt as project manager of development. He previously worked with Bovis Lend Lease on the construction of a downtown high-rise office building in Chicago, IL. Schlitt will be working in the company’s development division managing entitlement, permitting and construction projects.

 

Universal Realty & Development (305-285-9595) announced that Michael Holl joined the company as an associate in the New Jersey retail development group. He will specialize in the identification and acquisition of strategic properties for freestanding retail development, focusing on northern NJ. Holl joins the company after spending the last 10 years with NJ and NY retail brokerage firms.

 

Combined Properties, Inc. (202-293-4500) promoted Gregory Hoxworth to president of National Development and Acquisitions and Alexis Iszard to executive vice president. Hoxworth and Iszard joined the company in 2002 and 1992, respectively. Hoxworth previously served as president of west coast development, while Iszard was senior vice president and general counsel.

 

Jones Lang LaSalle (312-228-2387) promoted three executives within its retail group. Kate M. Sheehy has been named director of property management; Thomas C. Foster will be chief of staff and controller and Kristin B. Mueller will assume the role of director of business development. Sheehy has been with the company since 1996 and most recently held the position of operating officer. In her new role, she will oversee property functions including management, marketing and operations. Foster will assume responsibility for infrastructure operations of the company’s retail business including internal technology initiatives, training, process management and performance measurement. He will continue to oversee both the field and corporate accounting groups. Mueller will lead all new business efforts throughout the U.S. She also will continue to serve as client relationship manager, working directly with clients to ensure an understanding of investment objectives, including the development of  strategic plans, operating budgets and capital budgets.

 

NAI Hiffman (630-693-0640) announced that Christopher A. Hekis joined the company as an associate in the retail brokerage group.
