The manufacturer, designer and retailer of shoes and handbags is relocating from its Prince Street shop in Nolita to a larger showroom and store space, which is presently occupied by Kent Gallery. Area retail includes Dean & DeLuca, Victoria’s Secret, Armani Casa, Details, Otto Tootsi Plohound, Prada, Paula Rubenstein Gallery and John Fleuvog.
CB Richard Ellis, Inc. (312-935-1400) signed a lease for 25,000 sq.ft. with HomeGoods at Shorewood Commons, a 185,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Route 59 and Vertin Boulevard in Shorewood, IL. Opening is slated for November.
