Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (212-599-3700) signed a 10-year lease for 2,250 sq.ft. with The Regis Corp., doing business as Jean Louis David, at 30 Vesey Street in New York, NY. The building is located directly across the street from the former World Trade Center site at the intersection of Vesey and Church Streets.

 

Ludwig & Seeley Real Estate (248-539-1700) signed the following leases throughout MI: a land area of 1.7 acres for Famous Dave’s Restaurant in Grandville; 3,260 sq.ft. with Charter One Bank at Garden City Town Center located at the intersection of Ford Road and Middlebelt in Garden City; 2,400 sq.ft. with Harland’s Independent Flooring at Boardwalk Plaza in Brighton, MI; 2,400 sq.ft. with Tanning Center of America at the Loading Dock Shopping Center in Sylvan Lake; 4,710 sq.ft. with Plato’s Closet at the Madison Place Shopping Center in Madison Heights; 2,300 sq.ft. with Main Street Diner at 313 South Main Street in Royal Oak; 2,000 sq.ft. with Eastern Martial Arts at Maple Plaza Shopping Center in Walled Lake; 1,187 sq.ft. with BoRics Haircare at Haggerty-Five Shopping Center, which is under construction at the intersection of Haggerty and Five Mile in Plymouth; and 1,200 sq.ft. with Jets Pizza at Country Corners located at the intersection of Wixom Road and Pontiac Trail in Wixom.

 

Sansone Group (314-727-6664) signed a lease with First Community Credit Union at Fortel’s Plaza in St. Louis, MO.

 

JBG Rosenfeld (301-657-0700) signed a lease for 3,900 sq.ft. with Sports Her Way at Alexandria Commons, a center located on Duke Street in Alexandria, VA. The store will be located on the lower level and will offer a variety of bags, sticks, apparel and accessories, as well as customized team wear. Cotenants include Giant Food, Mastercraft Interiors, Baja Fresh, Panera Bread Co., Lone Star Steakhouse and Davidson Beauty.

 

Zell Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. (602-248-0600) signed the following leases throughout AZ: 1,875 sq.ft. with Checkmate Payday Loans at 816 East Camelback Road in Phoenix; 2,755 sq.ft. with Checkmate Payday Loans at 5207 South Central Avenue in Phoenix and 1,535 sq.ft. in Fry’s Food & Drug Plaza at the intersection of 75th Avenue and Cactus Road in Peoria.

 

Breslin Realty Development Corp. (516-741-7400) signed a five-year lease with Marty’s Shoes at New Hyde Park Center located in New Hyde Park, NY. Marty’s Shoes has over 114 stores in the region and plans several new stores for Long Island during the coming year.

 

Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (856-222-3013) signed a lease for 24,000 sq.ft. with USA Baby at the Syms building in Cherry Hill, NJ. The site will include a 12,000 sq.ft. retail area, warehouse, freight conveyor, loading dock and new office space. Opening is slated for this month.

 

Mid-America Real Estate-Wisconsin (414-273-4600) signed the following leases throughout WI: 2,560 sq.ft. with Pearle Vision at The Brownstones Shopping Center located at 17460 West Bluemound Road in Brookfield. Opening is slated for this month. Cotenants include Pick-N-Save, T.J. Maxx and T.G.I. Friday’s; a 1.5-acre site for AnchorBank at Franklin Centre located at the intersection of South 76th Street and Rawson Avenue in Franklin; and 2,000 sq.ft. with Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwich Shops at The Avenue Shops located at 1791 Thierer Road in Madison. Opening is slated for this month.

 

Island Associates Real Estate, Inc. (631-982-2100) signed a 20-year lease with Wendy’s at King Kullen Shopping Center located on Middle Country Road in Middle Island, NY. Cotenants include King Kullen, Blockbuster Video, Aids Auto Stores and Tutor Time.

 

Continental Retail Development (614-221-1800) signed leases with Aveda/Hairy Cactus Salons, Acorn and Coldstone Creamery at Streets of West Chester, a 500,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Interstate 75 and Union Centre Boulevard in West Chester, OH. Cotenants include Rave-West Chester 18 Theaters, Champps, Bravo, Red Robin, J.Jill, Chico’s, Jos. A. Bank, Mitchell’s Fish Market, P.F. Chang’s and Barnes & Noble.

 

Commercial Retail Advisors, LLC (520-290-3200) represented Camelback Corporate Center Joint Venture, LLC in the lease of 1,200 sq.ft. to Nail Trix at Campbell Plaza. The shopping center is located at the intersection of Campbell Avenue and Glenn Street in Tucson, AZ.

 

Robert Brown & Associates (757-461-0000) signed leases with Ross Dress for Less and David’s Bridal at Coliseum Crossing Center in Hampton, VA. Ross signed for 31,000 sq.ft. and David’s signed for 12,000 sq.ft. The center is currently anchored by Food Lion and Marshall’s.
