Real Estate professionals Making the News Edens & Avant Real Estate Services (803-779-4420) announced that James R. Pagett Jr. has joined its brokerage services division as a retail and investment sales specialist. Pagett joined the company in 1997 as a retail leasing agent and is a member of the Greater Columbia Association of Realtors’ Circle of Excellence.
Coldwell Banker Commercial CRA, LLC (314-206-4600) hired Patricia Sturm as a sales and leasing associate. In that position, Sturm will handle general commercial real estate transactions, including office, retail, industrial and land sales. Sturm has three years of residential real estate experience.
Schostak Brothers & Co. (248-262-1000) announced that Patrick K. Windley has joined the company and will serve as vice president, director of acquisitions. Windley will head the real estate acquisition function on a national level. Over the course of his 15 years in the industry, Windley has been directly involved in more than $3 billion of real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining Schostak, Windley worked for Grubb & Ellis/Adena Realty Advisors, where he was a founding principal.
