Lease Signings


WindStar Properties (214-526-7200) signed a lease for 1,400 sq.ft. with Wings 21 at the Mansfield Crossing Shopping Center located at the intersection of Matlock Road and Debbie Lane in Mansfield, TX. Opening is slated for June 2004. The company also signed a lease for 1,600 sq.ft. with Wings 21 at 9324 Clifford Road in Fort Worth, TX. Opening is slated for April. The company also signed a lease for 3,212 sq.ft. with BankOne at Arbrook Square Shopping Center located at the intersection of Arbrook Boulevard and Matlock Road in Arlington, TX.

 

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (212-599-3700) signed a lease for 525 sq.ft. with Andrew’s Ties U.S.A. at 400 Madison Avenue in New York, NY.

 

Breslin Realty, Inc. (516-741-7400) signed the following leases in Long Island, NY on behalf of A.C. Moore: The first location is 23,000 sq.ft. and is in the Hauppauge Shopping Center located at the intersection of Route 134 and Route 111 in Hauppauge, NY. A.C. Moore will open stores thereafter in Plainedge, Holbrook and Carle Place, NY.

 

Brooke Realty and Development Corp. (561-998-6055) signed a lease for 7,000 sq.ft. with Ben’s N.Y. Kosher Deli at The Reserve, a center located in Boca Raton, FL. Opening is slated for Spring.

 

Edgemark Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC (630-472-1010) signed the following leases throughout IL: 40,000 sq.ft. with Bobak’s at Bobak Plaza in Orland Park; 7,100 sq.ft. with Cardinal Fitness at The Oaks of Des Plaines in Des Plaines; 6,000 sq.ft. with BW3 at High Point Square in Romeoville; 2,000 sq.ft. with Grand Cleaners at Brentwood Commons in Bensenville; 1,250 sq.ft. with Great Clips at Prairie View Plaza in Morton Grove; 1,594 sq.ft. with U.S. Cellular at Prairie Crossing in Frankfort and 3,200 sq.ft. with Sharpe Express at Lombard in Lombard.

 

Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate (619-280-2600) signed a lease for 16,880 sq.ft. with Lane Furniture at Creekside Market Place, a center located at 563 Grand Avenue in San Marcos, CA. The lease is for 10 years and a consideration of $3.041 million. Opening is slated for May.
 

Sax Realty, Inc. (240-497-1192) signed a lease for 80,000 sq.ft. with National Wholesale Liquidators at the former Ames Plaza in the Plaza 30 Shopping Center located on Route 450 in New Carrollton, MD. The center is tenanted by Value City Furniture and Blockbuster Video.

 

Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (856-222-3013) negotiated three leases for the Hatfield Crossing Shopping Center, a 40,000 sq.ft. center located on Route 309 in Hatfield, PA. The leases were signed with Work Out Express, a women’s fitness center; Hatfield Floral & Gifts Co., a florist and a Polish deli for a total of 4,995 sq.ft. The center is anchored by Dunkin’ Donuts and has space available of 8,000 sq.ft.

 

Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (757-497-2113) signed a lease for 1,700 sq.ft. with Asian Grille-Chinese & Japanese Cuisine at Glendale Shopping Center located on Warwick Bouelvard in Newport News, VA. The restaurant will have a Chinese and Japanese menu with an open sushi bar. The company also signed a lease for 2,000 sq.ft. with Cold Stone Creamery at Crossways Shopping Center located at 1412 Greenbrier Parkway in Chesapeake, VA. Cotenants include Ross Dress for Less, DSW Shoe Warehouse, T.J. Maxx and Value City Furniture.

 

Garrick-Aug Worldwide (212-557-9090) arranged the leasing of 1062 Third Avenue, the southwest corner of 63rd Street, to Independence Bank. The space was formerly occupied by Bombay Co. and consists of 4,334 sq.ft. on the ground level with 3,550 sq.ft. of basement space. The lease term is for 20 years. The company also signed a lease for 1,800 sq.ft. with Bloomie’s Country at 1031 Third Avenue, the northeast corner of 61st Street, in New York, NY. The lease is for 10 years and consists of ground and second-level space.

 

Horizon Properties of Miami, Inc. (786-514-7149) signed the following 11 leases totaling 17,400 sq.ft. at Kendall Breeze Shopping Center, a 75,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of 127th Avenue and 120th Street in Miami, FL: 1,800 sq.ft. for five years with Quizno’s Subs; 1,200 sq.ft. for five years with Liberty Tax; two years for 3,600 sq.ft. with Eastern Financial Credit Union; 1,800 sq.ft. for five years with My Place Gourmet; 1,800 sq.ft. for five years with Mayumi Japanese Restaurant; 1,200 sq.ft. for five years with Curves for Women; 1,200 sq.ft. for five years with Kendall Discount Beauty; 1,200 sq.ft. for five years with Bpete’s D’s Corp.; 1,200 sq.ft. for five years with Fast Lending Corp. and 1,200 sq.ft. for five years with Elite Realty Executives.

 

Sansone Group (314-727-6664) signed a lease for 6,790 sq.ft. with Beauty Brands, Inc. at the Shoppes at Cross Keys, a center located at 14001 New Halls Ferry Road in St. Louis, MO.
