Lease Signings Sigma National, Inc. (804-320-6100) signed the following leases with Movie Gallery throughout VA: 4,200 sq.ft. at Walter Reed Plaza in Gloucester; 4,317 sq.ft. at Town Square Shopping Center in South Hill; 3,800 sq.ft. at Creekside Center in Roanoke; 5,297 sq.ft. at Westgate Shopping Center in Bedford; 3,600 sq.ft. at Eagle Harbor Shopping Center in Isle of Wright; 3,857 sq.ft. at Plaza at Newmarket in Newport News and 4,500 sq.ft. at Plaza at Coliseum Marketplace in Newport News. The company also signed a lease for 1,313 sq.ft. US Tae Kwan Do College at Stein Mart Festival in Richmond and 5,500 sq.ft. with Glory Days Grill at the Shops at Harbourside Center in Midlothian.
Sax Realty, Inc. (240-497-1192) signed the following three deals with Bed Bath & Beyond: 28,000 sq.ft. at Germantown Commons located on Route 118 in Germantown, MD; 29,000 sq.ft. on Route 3, west of Interstate 95, in Fredericksburg, VA and 25,079 sq.ft. at Westminster Crossing located at the intersection of Maryland Route 140 and Englar Road in Westminster, MD.
Finard & Co. (781-273-5555) signed a 24,000 sq.ft. lease with Flagship Cinema at Shaw’s Plaza, an 88,119 sq.ft. center located on Kennedy Memorial Drive in Waterville, ME. Cotenants include Applebee’s Neighborhood Bar & Grille and Movie Gallery.
Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (856-222-3013) signed a lease for 8,000 sq.ft. with Aaron’s at Cedarbrook Plaza, a 530,000 sq.ft. center located on Cheltenham Avenue in Cheltenham, PA. The center is anchored by Wal*Mart, Pathmark, Toys “R” Us and Bally’s Fitness.
Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate (619-280-2600) signed a lease for 1,187 sq.ft. with Spence Chiropractic at Promenade at Rio Vista, a center located at Station Village Way in San Diego, CA. The lease is for seven years and a consideration of $250,500. Opening is slated for June. The company also signed a lease for 5,800 sq.ft. with Sunrise Super Buffet at the Sunrise Town Center located at the intersection of Convoy and Ostrow in San Diego, CA. The lease is for five years and a consideration of $541,170.
